They are always there to answer our questions and provided support when we had the occasional disputes with rental car companies or airlines (when it's no fault of PTG).

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.They will steal your credit card information and sell it/use it.I gave my credit card information over the phone to Sonia, I left my wallet at home with my credit card and went to my vacation.I left my credit card at home because I didn't want my info stolen if I were to use it on vacation. (guess that didn't work)A few days after I came back from the trip. Me and 6 other people in my travel group were able to see unknown charges on our credit cards from Google ADS for around $100-$300 each person.Very sketchy based on the fact that I wasn't the only one who didn't bring their credit card to prevent their info from being stolen but having it stolen anyways. If I left my card at home, there is no other possible way for me to get my card info stolen during my vacation.
