Very honest vet, I feel I can trust them. Price very decent and they seem to care about the animals, not the money!

I brought my older, very furry dog for a consultation; she has been scratching a cyst to the point that she made herself bleed. The recommendation was surgery to have it removed. A few days later, I go to my groomer for my dog's regular appointment & tell her to be careful of this area. She was shocked to see that the sore had not been shaved & cleaned by the vet; after she pointed this out, that would have been logical. My groomer said if the area isn't shaved, it can't heal as well & you can't diagnose the severity of the wound without actually seeing it. I paid the vet very well for the 10 minutes it took to tell me I'd need to pay 1000$ for surgery. A groomer isn't a vet, but how can you argue with that logic? I had to clean the area myself with scissors (the groomer didn't want to take responsibility for this); after it got some air, it healed, and my dog is just fine.

Best veterinarians and staff. I really appreciate the time they take to thoroughly determine the issue and my cat. I was amazed that the veterinarians do follow ups by calling you. When i thanked her on the phone, she said, it is their duty. I was very impressed with their passion, care and time they take care their patient. Thank you

So disappointing! Had both my dog and cat being followed her...my dog since he was born. When my 14 year old cat fell extremely ill and was suffering (had not eaten in 2 days) and needed to be put down they could not find space to accommodate him. They said they had availabily in a week and a half?!? But of course they were quick to recommend the DMV.....24 hour emergeny vet $$$$$$. Thank you for making me realize how much I needed to change vets. I called the Hopital Veterinaire Candiac and they were so compassionate....they were even able to make a spot to see my cat the next morning. A business that can't make time for extreme emergencies for their own patients maybe should consider taking less patients. Whatever happened to quality over quantity. Honestly it seems clear that money is more important than compassion. Sad to see but glad I was able to find a real vet that actually cares about the animals.

Honestly, I am super surprised at the reviews here. First they charge a ridiculous open dossier" charge of $40 dollars
