Jackie is so kind and friendly, the blinds are well designed with good quality, the price is fairly reasonable as well. Nothing to complain, only praise.

Really happy to meet Lily such a beautiful and kind lady. The window blinds they offered are elegant appearance and beautiful designed. The fabric is of good fight shading performance, satisfied with full light shading. Meanwhile the measurement and installation services are super efficient.

Fantastic service and high-quality product! We recently moved into a house with old-style blinds and wanted the replacement. Lily and her team are super excellent, providing us with professional suggestions and helping with selections! They arranged the schedules of measurement and installation at our convenience, and also helped us to remove and take away the old blinds! The new blinds are modern style, super quality, and shining in our home now! Very satisfied with the service, and it is highly recommended! We will absolutely work with them for the next service too!

Jackie and Leo customized 24 blinds for me and I also bought two centre rugs, two bar stools and two flower pots from Rock Celine. All the products bought and services done are of high quality and top notch. Their prices are affordable and when compared to same quality from other dealers, theirs is least expensive. Rock Celine is highly recommended. Jackie and Leo are very hospitable and the best. Since they installed my blinds, everyone has been admiring and commending their handwork. The colors and quality of the blinds, pots, bar stools and rugs are unique.Give them a try and come thank me later.

We had multiple blinds installed by Rick Celine and the price, installation and service was outstanding. Highly recommend them. The first one was made while we waited and it was very easy to install. As a postive experience, we decided to proceed with 4 more. The team came and measured the blinds needed and installed them within a few days. We had one issue with one, they came quickly and replaced the blind at no cost, highly recommend Rock Celine. Friends of our already used them as well and were equally impressed.

I am giving this organization five stars because they deserve it! I am very impressed with the professionalism with which they handled my job from start to finish. From the moment my phone call went through to them, they got into the game and within 72 hours my entire home took a very beautiful look with blinds and curtains in place. The customer service has been superb. Every promise they made was kept in a timely manner to my full satisfaction. I found their prices are negotiable and affordable and definitely cheaper than the competition's quotes I received. I had my choice of materials and found the quality to be top of the line.
