Co-operators - Ward Insurance Group Inc

I’ve had my auto insurance here for several years, which has been amazing as I had two claims during that time, unfortunately, but the claims staff were excellent and took care of everything. Recently we decided to switch all of our vehicles and home insurance here and we are VERY happy with the knowledge and experience of Chris D’Mello. He took the time to make sure we were insured for everything we needed and we just we had made the switch sooner as we are now saving so much. Chris was amazing and Ward Insurance again, has been great to work with. Very happy going into the Christmas season knowing we will be saving money in the new year and having peace of mind that we are properly insured with the right company.

I had every intention of choosing Laura Ward cooperators as my new insurance company , however With my very close friends advice I will not be. I have heard that they are very unprofessional and when given precise instructions like closing an account with them, They still proceed to take money afterwards. Thx to my friend we will be dodging a bullet here. Looks like Aviva gets our business instead.

Great people to deal with, always on the ball, professional, quick and responsive.Laura always helps me out, answers all my questions. She's making sure I have the best insurance coverage for home, auto, business and never pay for something I don't need.

I have always had my insurance with Co-operators and when I moved to Calgary I decided to work with Laura and her team as it was the most convenient location to where I lived at that time. Since reaching out to Laura she has been nothing but friendly, educational and always responds in a timely manner.Recently I had to add on a home policy and Laura was able to put together exactly what I needed that same day. Laura and her team are great to work with and I would highly recommend!

Lovely insurance agency. Always friendly when I call. They are quick to respond to my questions and provide meaningful direction. Competitive rates with more than quality service. They provided clarification to policy wording and ensure I fully understand the insurance coverages I purchase. I fully understand what I purchase every single time. I value the transparency and I highly recommend them.

Laura has helped me with my car and business insurance for many years now. She had always been so quick and responsive, she’s fantastic! She also is honest, she will tell you when she can get you the best price or if she can’t. If you have car house or your looking to insure your business I recommend talking with her.

They are thieves. They continue automatically taking money from your account long after you cancel their services. Do not give them a moment of your time. After they steal your money they literally laugh in your face on the phone and invent terms and fees to try and justify their shady practices. Laura Ward should be up on charges for fraud. I am reporting their theft to the police. They stole hundreds of dollars from me when I needed it to pay bills. This company makes me sad for humanity. They have no compassion, no ethics, and caused me a great deal of stress and pain.

Unprofessional and self serving. Worst experience with an insurance company I've ever had.
