I want to say that I first checked all the reviews of this establishment before I decided to bring my piece of jewelry to them for a loan. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a lady named Betty. She was absolutely a personable, courteous professional throughout the whole process. She explained in detail the breakdown of the cost of borrowing, etc. Even offered me more money than what I was expecting for item, which really came in handy. To top it all off, I came in earlier today to pick up my item I dropped off few days earlier and I even received a discount on the total loan amount. I totally was not expecting this establishment, or any other to lower the amount owed when I came back for my item. After all said and done, I would definitely use and recommend them to anyone who is in need of a quick, hassle-free loan, provided you are able to pay back said loan in a timely fashion. Once again, thank you to Betty and her team at DJL .
