Very honest.I had recieved a quote from a dentist out of Coquitlam centre prior to my visit at Poco Smiles. The quote was quite high and they did not explain any of the complications which could turn out to be quite severe.Secondly, it turns out I probably will not need half the work quoted by the dentist at Coquitlam centre.Very happy with their service and honesty!

Ideal location near downtown Poco. Ample parking. Friendly front desk staff, hygienists and dentists. Efficient visit with patient records on computer screen as dentist discussed my dental health with me.Way to go Poco Smiles!

Had my first visit with Poco Smiles and Dr Lee today and it was wonderful. The entire staff welcomed me and made me feel very comfortable. After my scans and X-rays Dr Lee spoke to me about what needed to be done in order of priority but left it up to me to proceed without any pressure. I’m happy to have Poco Smiles as my new dentist office!

I was referred to PoCoSmiles for my dental implant. The staff were welcoming and friendly and the office vibe positive. I was very pleased to have Dr. Yoon do my implant. He explained the process, made me feel at ease and best of all I did not have any pain:) I would highly recommend!

My family enjoys going to PoCo Smiles for our dental care. Everybody is friendly from the front to the back and I always feel like we are in good hands. My one daughter has anxiety at the dentist and they are always good at calming her nerves. I highly recommend their office.

First time being a patient here, and all the staff were wonderful and super kind. The clerk was very helpful and welcoming from the very beginning! The dentist was super detailed with showing/explaining to me what was going on with my teeth and what she recommended. And the dental hygienist was very outgoing and welcoming and did a great job on cleaning my teeth and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Overall, super happy with my visit today and would definitely recommend them if anyone is in search for a new dental office!

Update Sept 13,2022.It was a pleasure meeting everyone. I still recommend this place. Great staff. There isnt 1 negative thing I can say.Unfortunately a dental emergency came up that couldn't be put on hold so I had to go somewhere else.Anyone that goes here, they will take very good care of you.Dr. Tang and Dr.Shivji are not only great dentists but having amazing personalities to match.Dr.Shivji is the most polite dentist ive ever met.I wish Pocosmiles all the best now and in the new year of 2023

Great, accommodating clinic! Gave me a much more affordable treatment plan for my implants and crowns compared to my previous clinic. You can already buy a brand new car with the price difference! Grateful to have met a compassionate dentist, Dr. Lee.
