I bought a dab pen a few days ago. Right off the bat it wouldn’t charge. I tried to take it back however the manager said it wouldn’t work because I had it plugged into a wall charger instead of a computer. He said it may explode if I plug it into the wall, I think as a first time buyer I should have been made aware of this before purchasing. I plugged it into a computer and it still won’t work. Seems like it’s dysfunctional but they won’t exchange it? Only two stars because staff was awesome, manager that sucks

Lucy Gleason hit the nail on the head, since ownership change the last 3 trips there for me were very underwhelming. Very “deadpan” atmosphere, the counter person who might be the manager seems to almost not want to be there. If you know what you want great if not good luck, zero sales initiative. gave it 3 chances, I won’t be back.

That staff are friendly and funny, everytime I go there they make me feel comfortable about my purchase. I recommend stopping by and checking out all there amazing products and knowledgeable staff.

I was a couple bucks short for the cart j wanted, and the staff were very kind and helped me out! Excellent customer service, definitely my new first choice in Chilliwack when I come!

Worst place in town by far. I would steer clear of this place. If anything is defective they will do everything in there power to not reimburse you. Very poor service and high prices, go to THIS IS cannabis or Dutch Brothers if you want some where they care about their customers.

Good selection knowledgeable staff. In an ever increasing market more and more people act like they know something because they are behind a counter at a dispensary. Not these folks. They know their stuff. I am not sure how they are all so educated but they are. Keep up the good work.Update to five stars. I found oz of decent Indica there for $115. Super smart idea being able to compete w street prices. The five stars is for the owners care and respect about our reviews and making 50CC a better place to shop even though it's already really good. Thanks again owner and staff.We are but peaceful stoners after all lol.
