Ultra awkward they cancel my truck reservation 12 hours prior. So since I couldn't buy the pieces of wood I needed. I went to RONA instead, the lend me a trailer FOR FREE.So glad I didn't have to support Home Depot.

Worst Home Depot ever... completely disorganized, useless customer service, not able to help at all, not sure who they hire to work here, but might as well leave the store empty - would make the experience that much more enjoyable; impossible to call them for anything, literally no one answers any department - went in person to speak to the manager about it, I was told they would get back to me right away only to find out he went on break for 15 mins before coming back and telling me he doesnt understand the issue - completely unprofessional. Go into the store and try finding someone to help you, feels like the hide as soon as they see any customers. Will never ever buy from this store again!

Lost, Lazy and very unwilling to help a client. They would rather point to where to go, not even telling you the isle number. I'm sorry if I bothered you at work, go back to talking to your friends laughing and have a good time just standing around.

Everything you need for DIY projects but not too many people on the floor when you need help

Incompetent store director… Faoud needs to learn how to resolve customer issues versus explaining you repeatedly their HD policies.. As a platinum pro customer, this guy was the worst I ever encountered. He’s lacks basic customer skills, doesn’t listen to your concerns, very authoritarian, likes to tell you he’s the top person in the store and no one else can help you. disrespectful and uncourteous. After wasting your time he’s very dismissive and walks away without solving your concerns. Talk about feeling appreciated when you spend over 70K in material. I will do my best to avoid this clown !

I don't come here very often, so please take this review with a grain of salt.While I had good service today, it is, unfortunately, not always the case.Often, we have a hard time finding help within the stores as there seems to be a lack of employees. And when we do, we're often told they can't help us because they didn't have training or they're unfamiliar with said department. I don't blame the employees themselves of course; the fault lies with the management and whoever does the training.But it is still frustrating, as we don't only go there to buy but to also get help and insight for the projects or other things we need assistance with.And unfortunately, some employees are, uh, rather unprofessional to be honest. But those are just a few and the few others who are nice are nothing but helpful. (As, this was especially the case today; they were nothing but helpful, nice and understanding!)Another thing to keep in mind is the stock. There have been many instances where things aren't in stock which is frustrating to say the least. Though, I will give them the benefit of the doubt and assume it's because of covid, as many businesses are struggling with stock issues and will most likely be a problem for a while longer.So all in all, the main issues for me is lack of employees really. I've shopped at other hardware stores in the past, and felt that I've had better services there. But it's not an awful place to shop there either; I've been to worse, and the few hard working employees who are there are super nice and helpful and I thank them for their services. Because personally, I think they too are frustrated with lack of help and having to run all over the place because there isn't enough employees there; and I can only imagine how difficult it is for them.I think Home Depot should look into this and manage it a bit better; because while it is not awful, it could do a lot better for not only its customers, but also its employees.

You should be able to find just about any tool you're looking for. They have the store in a layout that makes sense and everything is stocked and shelved nicely.Every now and then you'll find something without a price or in the wrong area, though. For me, we couldn't find a floor associate to help us with the price. Hopefully you'll have better luck.

Never leave without wanting to purchase more! It's a little tough finding Stagg for support as they are all quite busy but all in all a good experience.
