Highly recommend Tenchoarch for your next project. The entire team is very professional, knowledgeable and very responsive throughout the entire build process. They were by my side from the permit submission, contractor questions to all the way until we received occupancy. Hats off to Lovish Kumar he was my point of contact and he would always check in with me on regular basis and was always available when I had questions. I didn’t have to worry about anything with technoarch by my side. Look forward to many more projects with them in the future.

It was pleasure to work with Mr Harpreet Bhons and his team. I was really impressed with their professional approach and ongoing availability even after the permit has been procured. The design meetings were never rushed and they patiently listened to our suggestions and incorporated them along the way. Their team worked with other stakeholders such as structural engineer, mechanical engineer and so on so that all queries from the city were answered. Harpreet even went on to attend facade meetings to make the case for the look we wanted for our house. Harpreet is a very resourceful person with lot of contacts and he can guide you in finding the right place to source material as well as finding the right contractors. I look forward to working with him again on my next project !!!
