Very quick and efficient fingerprinting by Tom. He said his fingerprints rarely get rejected, and even if they do, he will redo them for free! I paid USD$30 for one FD-258 card ($29 + $1 credit card fee).

I have to commend Tom for his work on collecting my fingerprints for a report that I needed for immigration purposes.
