Did not even take my car there, customer service was awful. such a shame as they seem to have great reviews! hope the manager reads this and takes some measures. Maybe some manners for the staff would be great! the guy who answered had great english, he however did not want to use it, seemed like he had a sock stuck in his mouth or something. It was very annoying to him to have to provide any information over the phone.

Professional service from the time I brought my vehicle to get repaired from a rear end collision. The office staff, estimator and the body work were top notch. Absolutely no concerns and the job was quoted 7 days and I received my car in 7 days. Was given a nice courtesy car to use.

September 15, 2022 I took my car into Craftsman Collision in Port Moody to have paint work done. It was an ICBC claim. Also I put a private claim in too. When I picked up my car at Craftsman Collision in Port Moody, I was Amazed, overjoyed and Extremely pleased with the paint work done. The paint work on my car, was a Perfect match to the original look. I am super happy and I will always return here to Craftsman Collision in Port Moody, when I need work done on my car. All the staff members are helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly. Craftsman in Port Moody has been great for me as I have probably taken 4 cars there. Cusyomer service is great. Just the last time, I took my BMW 750 there for bumper damage and after a while the paint has started to peel. I called the manager and he looked it up and has asked me to bring the car back in to fix see. I will update as to how they will deal with this. Shawn

I made an appointment to have some minor inner fender body damage assessed this morning. After briefly inspecting the vehicle, the attending staff provided a fast and complimentary repair... Apparently a couple of zap straps saved the day (and saved me the cost of an expensive repair on a 10+ year old car). I was impressed with the courteous, professional and helpful reception and service personnel in the Port Moody shop today. Many thanks for an exceptional service experience today! I booked online a week ago, appt was scheduled jul 5. I could not get hold of this company till I came on the 5 th. No one answered the phone. After a week of no communication I was told they could not do my accepted ICBC claim because it was a rebuilt car. I never had issues before and if your an ICBC credited repair centre have the courtesy to call a customer and ask a few questions.Very bad customer service

My husband and I have used this location of Craftsman Collision several times. They have always been so friendly, well priced and the work is great quality. Our last experience was when we went by the shop and asked about a minor repair needed on our front bumper. The gentleman there said he could fix it if we had a few mins to spare. They fixed it and he insisted on not charging us! We would definitely recommend them!

This is the second time I've brought a vehicle in to this location and was met with professional, polite, and efficient staff. My car looked amazing after both repairs and I would HIGHLY recommend anyone to come here. They even polished out old water stains not in the repair area without me asking. Normally I don’t write reviews, but this time I feel I need to share my experience:We booked an appointment with Craftsman Collision over the phone approximately a week ago. During the booking they asked questions about the car, such as year, make, model, location of damage, etc. We provided all the information that they requested.The day of the appointment I came together with my 80 year old father, to help him with this ICBC claim.As soon as the receptionist saw the insurance paperwork, she called a Repair Planner Hamid Nakhshab. Together they said that they will not take the car because it has “Rebuilt” status in the insurance.On my question “Why haven't they told us before the appointment ?” The response was that we never told them about the status. I explained to them that, not only they never asked about it, but the car’s status never prevented them from doing another ICBC claim on the same car back in 2018, but Hamid Nakhshab just refused to listen.Not only did he refuse to listen, he also refused to look at the car.“Just take it somewhere else” was their final response.Dear Craftsman Collision:1. If you invented some kind of new internal policy, that you refuse to do certain ICBC claims, why don't you explain this to your customers before they waste their time waiting for weeks for an appointment?2. I can understand that you may refuse to do private claims, but don’t you have some kind of agreement with ICBC? Is ICBC aware that you are refusing to do their claims?3. It’s winter time, and it takes a long time to get another appointment. I find it irresponsible, unethical and leading to potential liability to send a senior citizen back on the streets in a damaged car without assessing it for safety.

The staff and management were exceptionally professional, listening to my concerns and talking me through the entire process. I found the quality of work done by the technicians to be outstanding. The job was completed on time and looked just like new. It was a pleasure dealing with Port Moody Craftsman Collision and highly recommend their service
