Vipassana Meditation Centre of BC

I sat the 10 days course last February and there is no month where I don't think about doing it again. I actually plan to do it next year, maybe as a server, for a different experience. I loved my retreat! Everything was perfect. Being able to see the sunrise every morning during the break and the sunrise every night during the break was a blessing, and all of that walking in the snow. My favorites moments. Of course meditating 11h a day wasn't easy at all but the outcome was unmeasurable. I felt so much light when I went back to my life, I felt like I was walking on clouds it was great. We were well took care of too, everyone was lovely and helpful ❤️ I would definitely recommend to anyone to do it at least once in their life.

In comparison to other centers, it's rather small with limited capacity but it's very clean and organized.Food is great and people are so loving and caring

Thank you to everyone at the 3-day silent retreat from Aug. 3rd 2022 - Aug. 7th, 2022. I would especially like to mention Angelica (Women's Manager), and thank her for her attention to detail and professionalism! She definitely made my experience much better. Absolutely wonderful experience! I attended the 10 days silence retreats on July 21-July 31. The place is so beautiful, peaceful and clean. I got to stay in one of the cabin and I really enjoyed it. Amazing staff , everyone was so kind and helpful. The food was delicious, lot of great options. My favourite part of this 10 days was drinking my morning coffee in the middle of beautiful nature :) I will definitely be back and I highly recommend this incredible retreats !!

Best meditation center and technique ever

Life changing experience in a friendly, supportive environment. Have been fortunate to serve 3 times and sit in 5 retreats. Now that I live in a different country, I surely miss it.

I went here several times over the years, first one over a decade ago. It absolutely changed my life for the better.
