The kickass chicken salad, the chicken tenders and fries and the uber brownie were all really good; everything in the Shrimpin sirloin was good, the shrimps were yummy! however the steak was tasteless this time (and we have been here many times, so this is a rare occurrence). The food overall was great.It is their exceptional customer service what makes you come again and again to this place.With today little mishap with the steak, Miranda (our server) tried to replace the dish for us but we declined (we ate already most of the shrimps, the vegetables, onion rings and mashed potato) so we declined; she however took the dish off the bill and even the Manager (sadly I don't remember his name) came to the table to apologize and even gave us a gift card. That's a perfect execution of world class service recovery.

My fiance and I had a great experience at Mr Mike's. The food and service was great! Huge selection to choose from. I highly recommend their crackling sirloin bites and the bruschetta! Stuffed mushrooms and spinach dip were also very good.

Thomas was the absolute sweetest man ever! I told him that I wanted mashed potatoes for my mom since she got dental surgery and he comped it. He was so incredibly kind and made my day. Will always be getting mashed potatoes from Mr. Mikes :)

Fast friendly service. The Panko shrimp were not as good as they have been. And the chicken strips (fingers) weren’t as good as last time. We loveGoing there for happiest hour but the food last time was not like it has been

One of the best place to have an amazing dinner. I loved the vibe inside the restaurant and service was also amazing. Best thing was the sauce they had served with the lobster which was amazing. The food was cooked perfectly and it was amazing.

They can't figure out basic condimentsthey bring me a steak and lobster tail brought no garlic butter so I ask for garlic butter they bring me unmelted garlic butter. all I expect are the basics when I'm paying 60$ for a dish and all they had was chipotle ranch for my hotwings. Everything els was good but kinda ruined my experience is all for the money you. Gotta pay

Love this place. We come here frequently. The atmosphere is inviting and bustling. But it is not noisy or overpowering to the senses. Staff has always been very friendly. Quick to seat us. Gives plenty of time to view the menu yet knows just when to come back to take the order. The food is delicious. We have tried a various amount of different items on the menu over our visits. There has been no over cooked - dried out food here. Never had a problem with anything undercooked. Definitely keep coming back again and again.

Great service, our new favorite spot! Highly recommend the spinach dip, only wish there was more!Edit - Have been coming here for a few years now and have had a good experience every time. Waitresses have always been nice, services is always fast even when it's busy and one of the best steaks in town

Great food and the service is out of this world. If you have an issue they will make it right with you. The manager Dave and his team are THE example every other restaurant should try to emulate. 10 out of 10 in every category!

Friendly service. Stuffed mushrooms and steak bites were delicious. Mr. Mikes ha also been a supporter in the community for events such as CIBC run for the cure and so many more. Mouthwatering meals and great staff…can’t go wrong.
