The customer service at this company is amazing. Truly exemplary. I had an issue with the scheduled date of the blacksmithing course and they contacted him and me, solved the problem and issued me a full refund on the same day.Do not hesitate to try out a breakaway experience, they WILL have your back.

Update to my post here below:Breakaway experiences made good on my gift certificate and gave it back to me in my acocunt. Thank you for making this situation right. I appreciate it!I had a gift card in my account. My ex contacted breakaway and they issued my gift that was in my account to my ex. When I asked to have a credit on my account they told me they issued a credit to her without my authorization. They will not give me my credit. It was my personal account not hers. Do not trust this company to keep your account secure especially with your gift cards. Horrible customer service and I was ripped off. And to the company :Please don't reply with your generic message of how sorry you are and explaining why you did it. I won't be listening as far as I'm concerned you should be taking the hit for the money and giving me my credit in my account if you aren't going to do the right thing then do not reply.

Customer service is great, fast and fair, they obviously value their corporate image/brand and customers. I would not hesitate doing business with them again.

I've yet to redeem my certificate, but after some slight confusion with my exchange I was met with fantastic customer service! Michael responded to my emails at almost midnight, eased my worry and was eager to get everything sorted and make sure I was satisfied with the results. These guys have exemplary customer service representation and should be recognized for their efforts. Thanks Breakaway, you rock!

Unbelievable service and very accommodating with lots of activities to chose from. I highly recommend them.
