These are great knives. Highly recommend them and love that you can get them resharpened if needed. My parents have had these knives 25 years and I am now starting to collect pieces for myself. These knives are worth the investment if you want great knives in your kitchen.

Great customer service Cutco! Sent 2 items over for repair from the GTA. Within 2 weeks received 2 brand new replacements. Great sharpening service as well. Thanks

Knives are exceptional. I've had mine over 20 years and still sharp as the day I bought them. Worth every penny and exceptional service at the Oakville location when I went in for more.

I have been a big fan of Cutco until recently. They have closed all their Canadian repair offices. Everything is now being sent back to the USA. I returned my Chefs knife and when they sharpened it they did not smooth out the bottom part of the knife where the blade meets the handle. This caused the knife to cut unevenly. I called Cutco and they assured me they would fix this right away. So I sent my knife in for a second time only to recieve it back in the same condition. Frustrated I called Cutco a third time and once again was instructed to sent the knife back to the US to be inspected. When I said I was dissappointed that I would be without the knife for another few months the service rep laughed and said you have lots of knives, I'm sure you will be fine without this one. This is terrible customer service. I have bought these knives as gifts and own the complete set. I would never wish this hassle on anyone. So much for customer service and customer loyalty. Careful deciding to buy these knives, its expensive and time consuming to get repairs and sharpening. This is not what I bought into when I first made this large investment. All that being said, I love my knives and still buy them as gifts for family and myself.

These knives are the best one can buy. Have used mine for over 25 years without a problem. They're still going strong and sharp.

Great knives and wonderful customer service. I sent some knives in for sharpening and/or repair. All were returned within a couple of weeks and either sharpend or replaced free of charge. We have had some of our Cutco knives over 20 years. They are definitley worth the investment as you will never have to replace them.

Recco these knives, yeh. Investment for sure, quality, durability *(see below), and a decent balance in the big knives where it matters, right? so buy them.* = Bought my set years ago (20?) from a student seller - great guy - and never regretted a moment. Now, 'slicer' has busted at the hilt on a frz bagel. Odd business that, but - hey, stuff happens. So, let's see how the service and FOREVER GUARANTEE work out for me ..... (more to come)......
