Q Nails

Dropped in on a whim for a fill with no appointment and I’m so glad I did! I didn’t get her name but the woman who did my nails was quick and did a great job. Very happy with my experience here and I will definitely be back!

Very disappointed! My friend suggested me this place to get nails done, I went there 4-5 times. I thought it was gonna be good. First of all, poor customer service. Second, very rude behaviour to customers. Don’t let customers express what exactly they want. Force a design or color even if you don’t want it. Manipulative! Third, uneven nails. I asked them that I wanted long nails, and they cut it to very small size. Fourth, used wrong colors even after telling them the numbers of the color, they did what they wanted. Fifth, when I called them to tell them I’m very dissatisfied, this girl started to argue and giving attitude. I told them this is the worst experience I’ve ever had, they said they can’t do anything about it. Sixth, they did wrong and ugly looking shape. The other girl also yelled at her by telling her that she did it wrong, but they didn’t fix it. However, I’m never going back there again. Highly dissatisfied and disappointed, very poor customer service and handling, worst experience!

Got a pedicure done by Vicky with shellac polish.Can’t complain, she did a good job on my tender tootsies.Safe clean atmosphere, they follow Covid guidelines.

As an avid nail filler doer whatever I go to the nail salon every other week. But I do not go to this nail salon, my daughter and her friends attended this nail salon for prom hook up. My daughter got a basic manicure with shellac and a very minimal design, not even a design literally lines and they charged her $55!.... HOW??? it cost me for a fill and polish $55. How dare you charge these young girls that much money for shellac and basic manicures it should have been no more than $30. It took you 15 minutes to do what you did to my daughter. It's disgusting Behavior you see young girls and you're trying to rip them off ridiculous completely. And then I called and the woman told me that a manicure with a shellac is $40. Which is still overpriced... And they still charged my daughter 55 never again

It was my first time doing my nails in Windsor and I loved it. The place is very clean and Elle( I am not sure if I wrote her name right) did an amazing job on my nails! Will be back!

I had a bad experience with my usual nail salon and was referred by a co-worker to Q-Nails. I am beyond pleased with the service and results that I’ve received from the technicians at Q-Nails. I made an appointment on my first visit and despite running late due to a traffic situation, I was warmly welcomed and taken immediately upon walking though the door (there were several walk in clients waiting). My technician “Ann” was very kind and gentle as she began fixing a debotched job that I had unfortunately received at another salon. She completed a full set of “pink & white” for me and my nails turned out perfect. The salon at Q-Nails was very clean and orderly. The tools were being disinfected in a heat source between uses. The salon was very busy with clients and they all seemed very happy with their individual results. I have had so many compliments on my nails. I subsequently broke a nail accidentally and I went to Q-Nails within a half an hour of them closing, not only did they take me right away to repair the nail but I asked to make an appointment to have the polish changed on my toes and they did it for me right then and there. Their prices were less than half of that of my previous salon for shellac. I’m beyond pleased with my choice to switch salons. I will be staying with Q-Nails from now on. I would highly recommend them.

Amazing! They fixed a bad acrylic set and made it beautiful. Loved it and will be back

I did my nails(shellac on my natural nails) on the friday dec 9th and by the evening thay day a nail began to chip. I went back the next day to fix it. By saturday evening another nail chipped. By monday every nail had chipped so i took them all off.

I love how they have the matching nail polish for toes if you want gel on hands. Love this place!
