Got my hearing aids there. Got excellent service and straight forward advice on what will work for me and what will not. Bought them and I am really pleased. Nice to really be able to hear properly again,!

The people at Listen Up Canada in Stoney Creek were friendly and helpful and I had a very good experience. Everything was explained and any questions answered. The audiologist was really nice!

I like to recognize great customer service when I see it. The audiologist (Andrea) we great fitting me with the hearing aids. I had problems with my charger. The receptionist made sure the replacement was done under warranty. Most recently my right hearing aid was not working. It turns out I had not cleaned it properly. It was my issue. The receptionist was so patient. Way to go Hearing Life.

This is the WORST customer service I've received.I ordered an appointment online for hearing test for my father. I got a confirmation on the screen, saw the time and date for the test accepted. Unfortunately, I did not receive a confirmation email, and therefore I decided to call them to make sure that the appointment was booked. I called them about 50-60 times, about two days. But the calls was immediately transferred to voice mail. On the day of the test, front desk woman said that she did not have anything written in my father's name and did not even want to listen to anything. Only a few times very rudely repeated that they had a problem with online registration and she could not help, she said that for the test it would be necessary to take the appointment again. They didn’t even ask where we came from, how far we live, if we can come again .... she only repeated the same thing, we have a problem with online booking and we cannot help you with anything.I hope that my review will help you avoid an unpleasant situation like this, and I also hope that it will help the company to revise the quality of customer service and select more experienced specialists.

Every time we go there Adrea is moody...It's seems to me that she is irritated by the patients for some reason and that she thinks people are coming ti see her because the got nothing better to do.
