I arrived at 11am and there was only 4 other vehicles. When I left at 1:30 pm no parking spots were empty! Nice beach. Water wasn't too cold. Almost everyone had a dog. So fun to watch them play in the water. There were toilets as well.

Such a beautiful beach , picnic area for lunch. Warm warm water and very shallow. Great for the little ones high tide and even better with low tide. We chased crabs, hermit crabs and even a lobster. Watched the ferry to PEI go back and forth. There is change houses and outhouses. The walk from the parking lot rather short and on a boardwalk. We for sure be back!

Nice beach that you can walk out for at least 300 feet. Warm water. Not very busy.Went for a winter walk. Windy, still beautiful. Plenty of parking.

Beautiful beach with sandbars. The water is warm and crystal clear, lots of hermit crabs. It isn't an overly busy beach and there's lots of parking. Great beach for little ones.

Very nice beach. Parking is a couple hundred meters from the beach via boardwalk. At high tide the water is very shallow for at least 100 meters out, only up to waist deep but mostly only knee deep until it starts to get deeper. Very nice, fine, reddish sand.

Our friends just live down the road, so we've been down to the beach a number of times now and it's just a great place to chill!

Beautiful beach. When tide is out it is great for kids as you have to walk out quite aways to get water depth. When the tide is in though it is perfect for swimming. My daughter always loves playing in the sand here! Never very crowded and one of our go-to beaches.

Sandy. Views of PEI and the ferry and seals popping up their heads spring on us just off the beach. Grassy shore. Atlantic Ocean. Late September starts to get a bit chilly but quiet.Hurricane Fiona struck September 23, 2022.Lucais.con

Great provincial park. Mostly closed in the winter but you can still access it for a walk on the shore. Beautiful views. Worth coming for a walk or a picnic. It has basic but good amenities, such as the toilets and change rooms. Some great geology here as well.
