The Home Inspector, Mr. David Francis, conducted a very thourough inspection of a property I was purchasing. I have purchased approximately 20 properties in the past with varying results from a number of inspectors and without question, Mr. Francis was the most comprehensive, informative and knowledgable professional that I have met in this field.
