I just had my first appointment for my cat and the service was exceptional. I arrived at the clinic very stressed because my cat hate being in the carrier and driving. As soon as I arrived at the clinic, they took care of him, cleaned him and made sure he was confortable. The technician and the vet were very reassuring, answered my questions clearly and helped me take decision without any pressure. I am very satisfied with this clinic and would recommend it.Thank you to the whole team for your excellent service and kindness.

I highly recommend Clinique Vétérinaire LaSalle for their holistic, professional and extreme dedication to animal care. My dog was a furry patient for 15 years since before they moved on Champlain Blvd. The staff and Drs are amazing and I always received top quality service whether it was receptionists, technicians and Vets. Everyone who works there truly loves animals and are invested in providing them with expert care. Whenever we had questions or concerns everyone always listened with respect and helped us out. We always walked away knowledgeable and our dog was never nervous to go for his visits. In his senior years our dog needed more specialized care and everyone there always ensured he enjoyed good quality of life up to the very end. I will always be grateful to the staff on the day we accompanied our dog on his journey over the rainbow bridge. Everyone was so sympathetic and understanding. I will especially miss meeting fellow pet owners in the lobby. Overall amazing service thank you for everything! :)

I’ve been bringing my dog and cat to this clinic for over 4 years and they have always been super nice.My dog got sick last year and I brought him in and they were super fast taking care of him!I 100% recommend this clinic to all my friends!

Best veterinarian clinic ever, I had a newborn kitten that was small and I was afraid he might not make it... They checked him on a saturday afternoon without appointment to help me out, they were kind and helpful, it is trully a miracle and this little god sent cat will survive due to them, may they be wealthy and happy, thank you, thank you for making this world a better place and giving me faith in humanity again :)

They do not care about our fur babies only about the almighty dollar.Brought my cat there who is clearly on his way to kitty heaven and suffering just be told told that with out running basic tests (estimated at 600$) they wouldn’t do the decent thing and put him to sleep. Because they didn’t have a file on him (only for our previous cat) and had never done any tests (ie: made money off him) unless we consented to the tests they would not euthanize him. However, if the tests came back as treatable ( which I know in my heart he is not) and we couldn’t afford the treatment they would put him down at that point!!

I recently decided to change vets and transfer my file to this one. My decision was entirely based on the fact that this place offers amazing service beyond compare. The whole staff is super friendly, knowledgeable and always willing to help. They were the ones who were there for me (even before I was an “official” client) when I was stressed and needed some advice, not my initial vet who doesn’t answer calls and instead asks you to leave a message saying they’ll call you back. Nothing is worse than being stuck in a situation and not being able to rely on your vet clinic to talk to someone. So glad to be done with that!All in all, if I’m going to pay for a service, you better believe I’m going to encourage a place that goes above and beyond beginning to end and that puts in the effort to show me that they appreciate my business. What you pay for is so much more than the actual service, it’s the experience as a whole.Many thanks to the whole team, I can’t recommend this place enough!
