Reno Plus

Trying to find a contractor with a reliable and honest time frame for the work is one of the hardest things. Reno+ was timely and communicative even during the shortages of supply during covid. If that’s not impressive enough, the Renos are impeccable and they always left our house tidied up a clean before they left. I can’t even begin to explain how much this made it feel so much less disruptive to our daily lives. Great craftsmanship and professionalism!

Kami from Reno Plus is my go-to contractor for most renovations or indoor painting jobs. Most recently, Reno Plus finished my basement. This time around, likely due to Covid-19, the job took much longer than expected and, at times, it was difficult to get confirmation about when things would get done. In the end, they did a good job and were willing to come back to fix a few minor issues that were missed.Overall, Kami is reliable and honest, and does the job well. Even after you pay, he is willing to come back if there are issues, which is very important.I will contact Reno Plus again soon for painting work.

Our experience with RenoPlus has been ultimately positive. We had Kami and team repair/upgrade our kitchen, hardwood on the main level, and repairs in our finished basement. These were not planned renovations and we began the process just as the pandemic began in 2020. Kami helped us to not only source and purchase materials and assisted with the design, he really helped to make a very stressful time/process easier for us. We are extremely grateful for his help and love our new space! There were a few items that needed repair a few months post-renovation, and they completed with no additional charge. Only negative from our perspective is that email communications can be very difficult. Best to reach out by phone if you want a quick response. I highly recommend Reno Plus General contractors. We used Reno Plus to renovate and update our second floor (4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms) as well as our main floor powder room and laundry room. The work was spread out over several stages. We coordinated extensively with Reno Plus on the required materials and fixtures, and Reno Plus provided excellent guidance as to type and potential suppliers. They kept a tidy workplace and coordinated the work well to keep our second floor inhabitable during the project. The crew was pleasant to work with and adapted well to the inevitable surprises that come up during a major project like this.

Kami at Reno Plus did excellent work on our home renovation, which included a bathroom, kitchen work, and several other rooms. He was friendly, communicated well, and consulted well throughout the process so we were very happy with the final product. I recommend Reno Plus and would work with Kami again.

RENO plus is everything you hope for when starting renovations. My experience has been that they were truly professional providing me with a detailed written work plan/cost estimate and it is guaranteed. The owner is meticulous in his work, not happy till you are (not always easy!) and the neatest painter/workman I have come across. Beyond all expectation I have found this company to be reliable and trustworthy. The fireplace revamp they did a couple years ago still draws the attention of neighbours! Kami, Chris and Bryan were a pleasure to work with during our bathroom remodel. We found Kami’s price fair and he was even willing to add on a smaller backsplash job without hesitation. Their attention to detail and ensuring that we were always happy was a pleasant surprise and very much welcomed. They were open to discuss changes and best ways forward, which were always appreciated. We will definitely be using Reno Plus again for our future home projects.
