After a stressful and misinformed visit from another company, we urgently called Cross Heating for a second opinion. Within hours Dave [the best technician we’ve ever delt with] arrived at our home and immediately put our minds at ease. He thoroughly and expertly evaluated every aspect of our furnace, including the issues we were misinformed about by the previous company. After his visit we were 100% confident our furnace was in good condition. I really can’t say enough great things about our experience with Cross Heating… JUST USE THEM!

We dealt with Jason for sales and overall coordination and he provided excellent customer service, was very quick to answer our questions, and was much more responsive than other companies we spoke with.The installers, Ryan and Tyler, were fantastic. They arrived on time and were very pleasant and professional - and patient - in answering our questions and in describing the installation process. After completing the installation they walked us through the work they completed and the new water heater, and they cleaned up the workspace so well that we didn't need to do any cleaning ourselves.We will definitely continue doing business with Cross!

I have dealt with Cross Heating for three years now and have been 100%satisfied with their service. Their whole team is very knowledgeable.Jason, the office team, the maintenance crew and the installation crew were efficient, courteous and very pleasant to deal with. The phone calls and emails were replied promptly. I cannot say enough great things about their Company. We always received a phone call when they were on their way, satisfaction is their priority and they follow through with it. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and already have to our family and friends. Without a doubt the best there is out there for us!!

We had our new hybrid water heater installed yesterday. Everyone I dealt with at Cross Heating were very professional, patient and kind. We like the service we already received, and we feel safe with them. I do plan to use their service in a future based on my experience. Cross Heating is a wonderful company and we strongly recommend them if you are considering to use their service.

Cross Heating & Air Conditioning did a great job. They were affordable, professional and knew what they were talking about. They are a family run local business. They did not try to up sale me or pressure me when I was looking for a replacement AC unit (I did price compare from a competitor who pressured me with sales tactics). The tech that came to install the unit had over 18 years in the business and knew what he was talking about.I am pleased with Cross and definitely recommend to friends and family!

I was extremely impressed with the service provided by Jason and his team at Cross Heating. I contacted them to help with the replacement of a rental unit. He quoted a very competitive price to not only install the new unit but also remove and return the old unit to the rental company. I felt comfortable moving ahead with Cross due to the prompt and clear communication, as well as the peace of mind of their 10 year warranty. They were able to perform my installation extremely quickly, thanks to a cancellation, and the two gentlemen who took care of the work were courteous and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Cross to others.

Cross Heating & Air Conditioning Ltd. helped me avoid major expense of replacing the furnace which was incorrectly tagged by another company. Jason helped me throughout process and sending his technician Dave in timely fashion who inspected whole system in details, helped me understand what everything meant and ensured I had complete and in order paperwork. I'm really grateful to this team, would 100% recommend them.

Friendly but provided little diagnostic information on the service call. Unsurprisingly, appeared more interested in selling me a new AC than fixing the old one. Price quoted for repair was noticeably higher than what I got by calling around.

The entire team at Cross Heating from Dave, our service technician, to Michael in Sales, and the entire installation team was top notch. Our furnace died and the Cross team got us through with amazing customer service! We now have a cutting edge duel fuel system that will save our family some cash.
