Rooms were clean, friendly staff, TV was a little small... Price wasn't too bad, close to everything you need. They had no trouble accommodating us last minute. Plenty of parking if you drive but also good if you walk because you're close to everything.

The worst travelodge I’ve ever been to.This location is actually degrading to the whole brand.This was my first worst experience. Usually the rooms and overall surroundings are clean. And here rooms were a mess. We had burnt bedsheets and comforters. Like they were burnt with cigarette heads.Messy, and scary.Not safe for staying.

I travel all over AB and BC because of the field I work in , but never had such a bad experience with any hotel. The night guy was somewhat good as he upgraded our room but the morning receptionist was not at all friendly neither seemed to have any professional etiquette. I requested her to have a late check-out( extra 2 or 1hour) referring to my membership perks and also as we checked in at 2 am in the midnight and haven't slept , since we had a morning job for which I came to BC.But she righh away denied saying that she cañ only give 30 more extra minutes. Her words were like even if you are gold or diamond" it does not matter it's Friday and we are super busy" . I mean then whats the purpose of being a member. Also they have the check in time at 4:00 pm.While she was like " it takes a long time for the room service person" to clean one room

I recently stayed here for over 5days and I was very unhappy with my stay, and I would not come back nor would I recommend anyone else to stay here. I felt the rooms weren't clean, I didn't feel safe in the area and they charged way to much for what it is. I had to ask several times for clean towels and toilet paper. The house keeper only cleaned my room once and that was after I asked several times, and all she did was wipe down the counters in less than five minutes and it seemed like a bother. The TV was small and very far from the bed with minimal channels. The front desk staff were fairly friendly, particularly the female staff. However my overall stay was poor and dissapointing.

. This is a case of you get what you pay for. Place was clean and comfortable enough to lay your hat. The house keeping ladies are very loud and chatty. Both mornings they woke me up with their nittering around 9 am. The second morning I had to call the front desk to tell them to shut up because they were carrying on for over 30 minutes. The reception staff were very apologetic and even commented that they could hear the ladies too. I was going to extend my stay but decided to change hotels for one that will allow me to relax and sleep in.

I arrived almost 2 hrs early very tired from a 1000km drive, the manager was very polite and helpful and got me into my room early. The room was nice and cool in a 30c day. It was clean and everything worked TV, fridge, AC and USB plugs. For a 2.5 star accomodation I was very impressed. Keep up the excellent work guys.

They threw out all my things when I left and told them I was coming back for them. The manager doesn’t do her job properly and ignores my phone calls because I asked when I would get my payment reversed from my MasterCard . They probably just wants to keep the money. It’s a junkie hotel and drug dealers sell their drugs from thereI will never go back there.Staff probably stole all my things. Expensive things. What disgusting people.

Worst hotel we've ever been to... The room and bathroom were both massive in the top floor corner suite with a balcony.... But the small amount of furniture they did have was tiny, also old and filthy. Biggest room, with the tiniest TV. On top of that, it dropped to minus 2 degrees celsius and the heat never turned on either night, except in the washroom. However, the wall next to the washroom entrance, ACTUALLY had fresh looking blood splatter. Personally, I believe that great customer service can make up for anything.... Unfortunately, they may have also been the worst customer service we've ever had, just to add insult to injury. If we could give zero stars, we would.
