This review is the south Surrey store. I purchased a label maker which the store recommended. When I got home I noticed it only had a sample tape disc so I went back and got the clerk to get me two more discs for the machine he sold me. When I tried to install in machine they were the wrong discs. I went back two days later and tried to exchange for the wright discs . The female manager would not exchange them and was rude . I have been a customer since this store opened and live wright across the streetI will never shop at this store again and will make sure all the neighborhood knows how they treat long term shoppers . This store has gone through a lot of changes in the last while some to the good but the staff is not trained properly and I know understand why with a manager like I delt with. GOOD BYE STAPLES hello to London drugs and Walmart and best buy .FIX YOUR STAFF PROBLEMS STARTING WITH THAT LADY MANAGER AND THEN MAYBE THE STAFF WILL BE TRAINED ON WHAT THEIR SELLING

Super clean, modern layout and indoor environment.They carry tons of office, student, tech related products.The staff is overall friendly.If you live nearby South Surrey, definitely come by check them out.

I had a very poor experience with this store. I visited there last week to send an urgent fax. Since, I was using it for the first time, I was not very confident and requested the lady out there to help a bit. Despite requesting her several times, she gave me a rude look and didn't bother to help. I never experienced such behavior in canada ever. I would definitely never gonna visit here again for sure.

I'm really impressed! I phoned the store early morning because of serious issues I was having with my laptop. The store manager answered the phone call & was extremely helpful & told me a computer technician, Daniel, would be able to help me as soon as I arrived at the store. The manager greeted me when I arrived & Daniel was ready to take over. I left the laptop & returned in the early afternoon to find the problems resolved. Daniel was very pleasant & knowledgeable & explained the issues & gave me tips for reference when at home. Such a relief.Thanks to a great team!
