The proprietor was so generous with both his time and his wares! I got to smell like half the teas on the shelf while trying to decide which 2 I wanted to buy, and he sent me home with a couple extra free samples to try as well. All of it has been very delicious!

As someone who only started drinking tea a few months ago my experience in this shop was amazing. For this company it's not just about money but about sharing the experience when it comes to tea. The man behind the counter (I think the owner) was very charming, nice and extremely generous. I greatly recommend... the teas are amazing and they have so many options. You simply can't go wrong when buying tea there!

My wife and I happened to stop by this place while on a stroll because my wife loves tea. We were so glad we did! Richard and Pascale, the owners, were so warm and friendly. We were chatting as if we were catching up with old friends. They brewed my wife a Masala Chai on the spot! Delicious and such high quality. You can tell they are passionate about their products and love serving their customers. Would definitely visit again!

Not sure where to start. You must go. If I could give it 6 stars out of 5, I would. My first visit was with another person behind the counter. She was nice, but underwhelming and I almost didn’t return. My second visit, the owner (Patrick?) was there. Wow, this guy knows his tea inside and out - I actually learned a lot about steeping and tea types.He asked if I was in a hurry (I wasn’t), and the steeped three different cups of tea to answer my questions by way of demonstration/tasting. Amazing! Plus he’s just a really nice, pleasant, energetic guy. The complete opposite of a pushy salesman - he seems to genuinely enjoy helping customers and is very passionate about his product.I don’t want to ruin anything for him by creating massively unfair expectations, but I walked out with 4 samples he wouldn’t let me pay for! I mean, he knew he was making a sale (and hopefully a return customer), but still, it was a pretty massive loss leader for him to give away more tea than I bought! lolFantastic shop, even better service. Teas were outstanding (and numerous - something for everyone). 100% will return. Thanks, Patrick!

The best tea shop I've been to! It's a great feeling to walk into the shop and see a whole wall lined with dozens of high quality teas. The staff is very kind and knowledgeable. Prices are very affordable for 50 grams of loose leaf, and I always left the store happy with my purchase and with a sample bag of new tea to try!
