There was a miscommunication between my interior decorator and the office staff resulting in my stairs being installed incorrectly. Some businesses would have gotten into a game of he said/she said. Sparks didn’t care about who got it wrong. They just cared about our happiness and The end result. They squeezed us in about a month later and we were so very grateful. Justin the flooring installer does the most complete and thorough job I have ever seen. Our flooring is completely perfect. You may be thinking, five stars? But they made a mistake. I am in retail and I understand that no business is ever perfect! It’s the execution after the fact that counts. Five stars is because I feel like a valued customer

My husband Adam and I cannot thank the team at Sparks Carpet One enough for their help in picking the perfect floor for our home and tile for our bathroom shower. The whole staff is professional, knowledgeable and friendly and we highly recommend them for all your flooring and tile needs. Always a great place to go for all your flooring needs

Picked out a carpet that had to be ordered because they told us there are no issues getting them in. Booked an install date. Was told they would contact us with an exact time for that day. Hadn’t heard from them in a month, called them the day before the install and was told they don’t have the carpet in. When were we going to be contacted? We were told to have the stairs ready to go for the install date (which we did). They said we could pick an in-stock carpet (no thanks! They are terribly ugly and not the colour I picked) but install would be another month out.. WHAT!? I don’t think so.. wry very unhappy as we help up our end of the bargain and couldn’t even get a call in advance to say the carpet still isn’t in. Apparently it never even got ordered. Not happy with the customer service we received, the man was very uninterested and didn’t seem to care at all.

Sparks Carpet one had an excellent variety of vinyl tile and the installation price was very reasonable compared to a few other flooring quotes we received. Clarence did an amazing job installing - very detail focused. Our new floors compliment the rest of our new kitchen perfectly.
