My wife Kristi & I talked to Destiny & Sean a few times as we were looking for a quality 4x8 pool table for our games room.The set up was done in a professional and timely manner. Table is square, level and true. The only problem is .. after many pool games of 8Ball with family and friends, I still can’t clear the table. Beat my son, which was very gratifying, as he hates to loose, I have had a pool table in various houses over the years since 1968. Update: After a quick phone call from, Trish, she sent out the service team at my earliest convenience . They were fast, punctual, and made sure I was 100% completely satisfied before they left. We went over all my concerns, and fixed any issues I previously may have had. Even though the buying process was a bit shaky, the quality of the customer service makes far out performs any previous concessions I had.I asked them to do better, and they 100% did.Just bought a pool table from them, terrible experience. The front staff lady had 0 experience in anything relating to the tables, their business practises, or basic customer service. While giver her the damage deposit in cash, she had to count it over 3 times as she miscounted each time, and couldn’t properly verify the amount. I had to remind her several times the I lived out of town, and the table needed to be delivered and set up. My receipt looks like a chicken scratched all over it.When they called to confirm date and time of delivery, I again had to remind her that I lived out of town, and the time she quoted me for set up was not going to happen. This conversation lasted 5 minutes as I finally told her to go confirm with her delivery crew what time they were going to deliver it. (PS, she was wrong)So now that we have that terrible experience out of the way, delivery day! Yaay! When the boys called before leaving RD to confirm someone was going to be home, I was the one who had to remind them of the extra auxiliary equipment I was supposed to receive, that the front staff lady had no idea was supposed to come included. The boys were good. Nice, polite, and fast. Took 3-4 hours to get it all done. This was the best part of the whole process. However, after a few days of playing I noticed a few black screws under the table. Upon further investigation, I found that a few leather straps on a corner pocket didn’t get secured, and BOTH side pockets are missing a lag bolt. SMH.Come on SML. Do better. Just disappointing all round.

My wife and I began shopping for a Hot-Tub last spring. We visited several local businesses. Product features & price-point were our initial drivers. We met Sean at SML Red Deer and we have not looked elsewhere since. Sean answered our questions, showed us the Caldera models and guided us on our selection. Sean was thorough, honest & knowledgeable. When the Hot-Tub arrived in Red Deer it was delivered safely as planned. SML in Red Deer has been excellent from sale to service. The staff has helped me test the water and made recommendations that worked perfectly. I cannot imagine a more pleasant experience than with the staff at SML Entertainment Red Deer. We are completely satisfied and feel we have a hot-tub that is superior in both value & features than competitor products (which cost $4-5000 more). We highly recommend visiting SML in Red Deer.

Went in to check out hot tubs options and was helped by Sean. He was awesome to work with and answered our many questions. We ended up buying a hot tub that day thanks to him! Every time we go in the staff is super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend SML!

Picked up a dart board set up for my spouse for his birthday. Nearly $550 all in. At time of purchase I asked about the return policy if he decided it wasn’t for him, nothing was going to prepare me for actually returning it and the outrageous restocking fee. No where on the receipt does it state ANYTHING at all about restocking, nor was I told as she rang my purchase throughThey literally had to walk the items 10ft back to the shelf I purchased it from.The return cost me $145. Never again. What an incredible disappointment. I’d understand if I was returning something substantial but this was beyond ridiculous. Profit where ever you can I guess. And double dip as often as possible.Shameful way to do business.
