When Denise originally reached out to me, she gave me a full run-down of the whole process, how long it could take, and everything that is involved in the process. I am coming from Ontario, young professional, and first-time home buyer. Denise gave me a list of documents to send and immediately got to work. Denise reached out at 1pm MT and everything was signed and done by 5pm MT Monday. This was the most flawless process I have had during this journey.
