Decent, lovely customer service, but quite expensive. Did see needleminders there for $19.99 when the exact same ones can be found at an indie store in town for $8.99.

I do not go regularly, but they do have a large variety of sewing supplies, as well as yarns and other items. They are always friendly towards me, and answer the many questions I normally have.

After receiving an email about an upcoming sale - 4 days only buy 1 metre get 2 free on fabric regularly $22+/metre - I went to the store to purchase fabric I liked but was unwilling to pay full price previously. When I got to the store the selection was very limited and poor selection. Although there were other sales (50% off etc) I was very disappointed and left without purchasing anything. I am finding more and more that their “deals” are not what they claim in their advertising.
