Truly disappointed.The front counter guy. Apparently the owner here, who has opening hours until 6 is trying to explain to me why he cannot do his job. When opening hours are until a certain time, any customer has the right to the service being offered.Why does it feel like we need to force him to do his job and be of service?Truly not satisfied. Had to take my 1 year old boys picture urgently and drove 45 minutes to be served like this.

Always the best service but today was exceptional. My complicated shipping experience from quote to handling to shipping transaction and sadly to cancellation and refund, every moment was handled with kindness, respect and high level of Covid-19 cleaning protocol one is always hoping for but rarely sees. And this treatment wasn’t only given to me but to every other person who walked in the door. Calm. Polite. And the reason I keep returning.

The personalized service I received from Jason here was amazing! I was shipping a really special item to California and was originally pretty nervous about it having to travel so far. Jason was great at helping me pack it safely and securely. He truly treated it as if It was his own, and found me the right service for my budget.
