To be honest I have not yet met Martha, as I live in BC and Martha is in NB.However, that made little difference.My husband and I saw the house on line. We liked the quirkiness of it. My huband called the next day and had arranged his brother to see the house with Martha.Brother thought it would be a good investment.Martha spoke to us regarding the price. She offered valuable information and considerations while we decided what price to offer. She let us know there had been another offer so we had to wait.Martha answered all our questions immediately. Even though we were in BC, we felt extremely comfortable with her. We believed she was working in our best interests. At the end of the day, we bought the house.I would highly recommend Martha and her group to anyone. Especially if you are buying on line. Martha was very honest with us the entire time. We have even received reminders such as the time change, or dialing 10 digits on the phone.Will certainly contact Martha again, if circumstances change.
