Worst working area. The line leader name Ranjit he is worst line leader i have ever seen. They harass new employee and treat them like trash and he don't even have manners to talk to any one . He thinks like as he is the owner of this factory. Worst working experice ever.

I don’t consider this place good for for work , the line leaders have no sense how to yo speak with their co workers .Usually they run machine at high speed ,thats why general labour can match speed , instead of slowing down machines they start to yell at them. They usually put less labour and want more work from less people

I am working in this factory from last one year. I love working here special because of the people work here. Night shift supervisor Harpreet is so down to earth person same as line leader Vinod . As well as, Harpreet ( Line Leader) is also so humble and co-operative.

I worked here for 6 months the place is good for work but I had very bad experience with the line leader Ranjit line 1&2 he is the worst person I have ever seen he has no sense of respect for general workers. I would recommend the company to do his proper training to commute with others in good way. In context with this Harpreet (supervisor) has double face with double standards.

Worst working area. Supervisor have a worst attitude(he is Punjabi). Their is one line leader who have no manners at all.She works at line 11 or10 and sometimes comes to line 12 .Her talking attitude is like she is queen of the factory. Worst tongue and worst attitude. On other hand, I can say all rudeness is in this factory. Bad experience.

This place deserves no stars; directing mainly to the warehouse, night shift. Many working there are working under other people names and don't speak any English whatsoever. Many probably illegal & they have very bad manners. Very terrible & toxic environment to be around. There's this nancy kid (if that's even her real name), so called line leader that racially profiles. The others see what's going on but do nothing about it. Super unorganized, unprofessional & incompetent. Sometimes they forget where they come from and just because they make $2-$3 more than you do, they think they're living better, very sad. Her type of personality shouldn't be working with human beings because her attitude is just disgusting. she does not fit that position. Just deplorable

ENNI TAAN SAALI DAAL NI THALLE LAGDIIF MANAGEMENT LOOKS AFTER THE REVIEWS THEN PLEASE CHANGE THE LINE LEADER SUPERVISOR AND LINE LEADERS FOR NIGHT SHIFTTHEY ARE GONNA RUIN THE REPUTATION OF PREMIER CANDLE CORP.I MYSELF WORKED THERE FOR 1.5 YRI SAY THE FACTORY IS NOT BAD NOR THE ENVIRONMENTJUST SOME PEOPLEDON’T WORK FOR THEM EARLIER WHEN MELVIN AND TURONG WERE LOOKING AFTER PRODUCTION FLOOR FOR NIGHT SHIFT IT WAS A GOOD PLACE TO WORK.WHEN THEY MADE THEIR SO CALLED SUPERVISORS UNDER THEM.THOSE SUPERVISORS WANT YOU TO WORK AS SLAVES OVER THERE. THEY DON’T WANT YOU TO TALK WITH ANYONE. THEY JUST WANT EVERY EMPLOYEE TO LISTEN TO THEM AS THEY THEMSELF ARE DOINGTHEY WANT EVERYONE TO BE BOOTLICKER AS THEY ARETHOSE SUPERVISORS DONT’T EVEN HOW TO TALK PROPERLY WITH SOMEONETHEY TALK VERY RUDELYYOU CAN’T WORK AS OF YOUR CHOICE LINE. THOSE SO CALLED SUPERVISORS ARE GONNA RUIN THE REPUTATION OF THIS FACTORY. THEY JUST TRYNA MAKE THEIR NUMBERAVOID NIGHTS SHIFTS IN THIS FACTORYWORK ENVIRONMENT IS VER BAD OVER THEREDON’T GO FOR NIGHT SHIFTS

It is a good experience to work with this company.Working environment is very safe.Co-workers are very friendly and helpful. Line-leaders are also caring and respectful.They give value to our work. Overall it’s a good learning experience to work here along with growth opportunities. I work with Line leader Ranjit everyone said he is rude No he is not rude he is nice person. My overall experience is amazing

The candle factory suspended me without any fault, they are responsible because I am in depression.

I am working in candle factory from last 8 months and the work environment is very good. Vinoth kumar and harpreet singh (the line leaders) are very helpful and cooperative. There is always two or three bad persons in a factory but it does mean the whole people are bad.
