Elisa Nails & Spa (New Owner)

Booked for both a shellac pedicure and gel nail fill. The pedicure I had was terrible to say the least. The light was broken so wasn’t curing the gel, the tech painted all over my skin, nails weren’t trimmed evenly. Half way through the pedicure I cancelled to get my nails done as my toes looked horrible. Pretty sure they applied 6-8 coats of polish to try and even things out. The staff knew I was upset, still charged me full price. Left very annoyed and took a look at my toes and walked back in asking to either have them fix or a refund. The owner said he would fix them. Filed them down a bit added more polish and called themGood. Then asked to rebook for my nails. Would not recommend this place at all!! Sad that I paid $60 for something so terrible and that I will have to go somewhere else and get them redone. Very disappointed. Also took 2 hours…Thanks for the reply… you did not try and correct it, I had to ask for either someone to fix it or not charge me for a terrible service and yes you are correct the total was $57.75 I was just giving a rough estimate. When you have a customer who is that unhappy about a service you should know to try and make things right not just stand there and charge them full price. Knowing that it was a new employee should have been enough for you to know how terrible a job was done. Having issues with the light not working to cure the polish and removing it from the customer next to me as she was having her nails done aswell was very unprofessional.

Fantastic service and they really take their time with all steps for the pedicure. Doesn’t feel rushed and I really appreciated their quality of work. Will be back!!

I came back again to Elisa and this time round I requested for Tom to do my nails! Amazing work again. Show them a picture of the colour I wanted and Tina suggested me on the cat eye nail polish! Love it. Thanks Tom for the incredible nail work! And thank you Tina for the amazing pedicure for my bf. You made his first experience memorable. We will definitely come back for more!

After washing my hands twice, my nails still looks very dirty. I feel like my hands have just finished painting a room. My nails surfaces are not smooth, and the length of my two thumbs is much different, it looks stupid. It's also very painful when she polished my nails. NEVER come here again.

I've been going here for years. They do a great job. I always leave refreshed and my nails look flawless. Many color choices. Friendly staff and relaxing atmosphere.

My nails were different lengths, and I got French nail gel. I got gel then they sprayed the white on. Very uneven. And white where wasn’t supposed to be. Not happy and wouldn’t recommend any body to go there. I wish I could post pictures.

I’ve been to this place many times since they changed owners and I cannot say enough good things about them! A friend highly recommended this business especially nail artist, Tom. Wow! Tom did a such great job on my gel fill and was extremely meticulous. This is the best my nails have ever looked! I’ve also had pedicures done too. I am always happy with their service. Everyone is so friendly and their prices are the best in town. I highly recommend this place!

I would rate a 0 but I have to put a star. Asked for french ombre gel nails and they put acrylic on. My nails were burning and each nail has a different shape. They left a ton on junk under my fingernail. And it looks like I did my own toe nails. I asked for a discount and they offered to give me $10 off. After telling them I'm very unsatisfied with my nails they told me they will remove then and not to come back. I didn't stay to remove them as my nails were already sensitive. I will not be going there again! So disappointed

This was my second time going to a nail salon. My first experience was not the best so my friend recommend Elisa nails and I was so impressed by Tina’s work. She is such a kind person, she’s gentle, her work is amazing, she’s quick yet makes sure everything is perfect. Her attention to detail is amazing!! I can tell she truly cares about her work and clients! She is my go to nail tech!!!
