VERY upset, let down and discouraged ! Horribly let down and feeling like the customers dont matter. called 3 TIMES today , said in my first and i believe second message that it was a bit of an EMERGENCY !!!! And still NOTHING !!!!!! Are you kidding me. VERY VERY VERY much looking into switching all my business and that of many family memebers. King street branch in Chatham .... TERRIBLE !!!!

Very unprofessional and wouldn’t accept a check from the biggest auto group in ChathamThe Lally group chatham Chrysler. Because they can’t confirm the check is legit. They wouldn’t do anything to confirm the check just sent me on my way. Go to a different town for a bank

I won’t go here, one of the tellers is rude and nosey! Every time I need to see a teller it’s always the one I don’t want. Off to Blenheim.

I’ve been going here for years and I’ve tried the other banks, I’m quite happy with RBC. The staff is friendly and helpful. I wish they kept the second branch or hired more tellers because it’s over crowded now.

This branch is the only branch left in town now. I was worried it would become too busy after the other one closing..but the staff at this location have really stepped it up to serve the community. Just wanted to come on and share how impressed I am with them.S.G

Tellers are always pleasant, but lines are usually long. I made an appointment online to meet with a financial advisor, had to wait two weeks to then get an email an hour before the appointment saying it was cancelled and to email back for another appointment time. Never heard back from the email. Called and booked another appointment for the following week, when I got there I wasn’t assigned to a financial advisor so the manager assisted me by telling me a financial advisor would call me to book an appointment. Never received that call. Waste of time.

I have been a life long RBC customer. But no more because of this branch!Someone at this branch was cause of my removal of a longstanding FX arrangement with my previous branch in Mississauga. It cost me thousands of dollars. I am slowly leaving RBC for life as a result. These people are terrible.
