Terrible customer service.First I had a problem with the rear step on my lifted cart. I cut my foot really bad since the top surface was sharp … crickets / didn’t care.Second cart wouldn’t go into drive. Sent me a part? I’m a single lady and not mechanical so that didn’t help.Third. The cart has been leaking acid and owner tells me this is normal?? I live in a complex with lots of carts , NONE of them leak. He even told me it’s a fire hazard but won’t do anything about it. My new garage floor has been severely damaged … doesn’t care.He said I’d have to take him to court he won’t replace the batteries.Do not purchase here. The cart is beautiful to look at …. But I got ripped off

I just wanted to take a minute and give you some feedback on our table.First, the guys who set it up were absolutely awesome! They were right on time (to the minute actually). They were friendly and explained everything that they were doing. They cleaned up everything when they were done too.Second, this table is absolutely perfect. The design is gorgeous and everyone who has played on it comments on the quality of it. It has been played every day since it was delivered.Thanks again for such an amazing table. I have been, and will continue to refer people who ask to your business.

We have an older golf cart. We could not figure out what was wrong with it. They helped us above n beyond, through pictures by email, phone calls. Very helpful, and problem was fixed.This was exceptional service, as they weren't paid for that time. Very pleasant to deal with. We will continue to use there service.Connie Lair

I've read many reviews, most of them are five star and some are one star. I've dealt with this company and have spoken to them on the phone many times, Darren has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. We've changed our delivery time on two occasions for the pool table and he has been nothing but pleasant on the phone as he was when I dealt with him in person. If anything changes, I will alter this review but at this point without a doubt I give this establishment five stars.

Terrible experience. Would never recommend.We bought a brand new table in December, still dealing with the situation in February. We were offered certain things, put it all on paper, paid for it, the table was delivered and something wasn’t what it was supposed to be. He offered us a used replacement that had marks on them from his sales floor with no offer of a partial refund. He said he apologized first, but what he actually did first was throw his son under the bus for the error because he’s the one who actually sold us the table. We paid for something new, we want something new.We have called multiple times, also because the two pool cues were flawed and we need those replaced as well. He was very rude to me on the phone. As soon as I mentioned a partial refund “if” we even decided to go with the used pieces, he got mad and said oh I knew it, people like you! All you’re after is money. Extremely rude! Couple days later my partner called to discuss it and Darren, the OWNER; which is who we’ve been speaking with about it, yelled at him over the phone saying how sick he was of all of this giving every excuse in the book. My boyfriend said to come and get his table we’re done and Darren hung up on him.Very unprofessional. Could not believe the way he spoke to us on the phone and actually yelled. And he’s the owner. I don’t care how many tables he does or does not sell, His employees should be fully aware of what should and should not be offered on a pool table. Or at the very least, go over the invoice before the table is delivered (two weeks later) Especially if it has been the same for a while.So what do you do when the business owner himself hangs up on you and the situation has still not been rectified ?? We have a pool tables with two flawed cues and pockets that we hate because it’s not what we bought. We live an hour and a half away so we can’t just pop in any time.

It was made when promised and their delivery/setup was extremely prompt. They are super friendly and helpful. Made the whole process very easy. Superior quality hand crafted product! Highly recommend!

Fantastic service and very knowledgeable on golf carts. They customized a cart for me and delivered it to my door exactly how I wanted it. Great job to both Darrin and Barry. Would recommend them 100%.

Maple City Billiards promised me they would always provide service and fix my table. They were great until they had my money, once I paid they refuse to return my calls. I have had the table for a year, after 6 months there was a gap In the slate then the rails started to fall off. I leave messages but no one ever calls back. Be wary, they promise alot but do not deliver.

Great place to buy a cart from. Always honest and upfront about costs. Service was excellent.
