Excellent quality and customer service.The plants I ordered were less sun stressed than the pictures when I ordered them so they reached out to ensure it was ok and offered an exchange or refund.I kept my order, the plants arrived quickly and healthy. I also got an extra leaf in my leaf bag.I can't wait to place my next order!

It's such a cute store. Had a wide variety of local and Korean succulents. Also had little cute pots that they can plant your succulent in for a small fee. I got mine planted by them and it's so cute! Would definitely be back to buy some more!!Also gave me pointers on how to care for them!

Nicely tidy and clean store hidden away in an industrial area. Worth checking out!Of note is their competitive pricing and selection for substrates. They have better prices for lava rock and akadama than you’ll generally find.The Korean succulents are a bit pricey, but you probably won’t find as healthy of a selection and variety elsewhere. I also like that they carry a small selection of mesembs.They have some very cute and interesting planters and it’s fun to look through. The staff are also helpful and friendly.

If you're looking for a good selection of colourful candy-coloured succulents and you're willing to pay for a pretty plant this is the place. They have varieties that are not found in your typical nursery or garden centre.Highly recommend booking the in-person shopping experience. You get to examine the health of each plant and pick for the characteristics you want (more pink vs. blue, thicker farina, size)The staff member was very patient and great at answering my questions. She even pulled up photos of what the plants would look like when they got larger or were more sunstressed. Yes, the Korean varieties can be quite pricey at $20+ but there are also more affordable local varieties around $6. I also picked up some clearance plants for $1 while I was there.One recommendation I'd have for the business is to find a way to display prices for in-person shopping. I knew some prices beforehand from browsing online but there was a lot of question asking from me and other customers because all the plants did not have price tags.

I have been buying from Springer Garden for a while now. They have a huge selection of Korean and local succulents reasonably priced. The staff is always friendly and helpful.Recently, I had an issue with a newly bought local succulent. I called but no answer, I didn't leave a voice mail and someone actually called me back! I explained the issue to Elaine, she was super helpful and was able to exchange it for another succulent Great customer service! Springer Garden is my go to place to buy Korean succulents.

Cute high quality succulents and potters of different sizes, check them out if you are looking to plant your little garden. Super easy to take care of and looks perfect as home decors or make create housewarming gifts.

I ordered 10 succulents online. Shipping was quick, and they were packaged very snugly with aluminum sheets and heatpacks which were still warm surrounded by newspaper so they wouldn't get too cold or banged up. I'm in love with all of the succulents I recieved. They're very vibrant and overall in very good condition. I can't wait to see how they grow. I'll definitely be buying more plants in the future and I recommend them for all of your houseplant needs.

I love this place! I've ordered a few times and they never disappoint. Plants comes in healthy and quick delivery. Customer service is amazing! You shoot them an email and they would usually respond within a few hours. Highly recommended and will definitely order more!

Got my succulent for the first time and was impressed with Elaine’s attention to detail and expertise - it even came with a detailed card for instructions! It was literally the first plant I’ve ever gotten and was in love with it. Eventually I got a 4 more arrangements for my nieces and nephews and they’ve been thriving since! Strongly recommended!

Absolutely LOVE this shop!! They have such a wide variety of succulents and house plants, it can be difficult to pick your favorite sometimes!! They're constantly putting on different sales for their Korean imports, and they have cheaper/local succulents for beginners for as low as 5.99! Whenever I need to expand my collection, Springer Garden is always my GO TO!
