John is a jem. We could not have navigated through all the technology of setting ourselves up on line if it hadn't been for John. He built us a computer which was a saving for us. He advises us on internet services, always very responsive and accommodating especially in a pinch. He is a pleasure to deal with and his service calls is more like having a friend come over for a visit.He knows his trade and we have never been disappointed. We highly recommend the services of John at Valley Computer Service. For many years he has remedied a variety of problems that have cropped up, first with our desktops and then with our laptops. Service is prompt, sometimes on site, sometimes remotely. John's advice on how to get around simple problems on our own is highly appreciated. His rates are reasonable.
