Floor staff was friendly and tried to be helpful. Pharmacist was extremely rude. 100% will not give my business to them. Too many other options than to deal with rude staff.

I’m very disappointed and unhappy with the costumer service at this location. Not only are they completely unaware of products they carry, they are also so lazy they won’t even look for you, so that you don’t have to be disappointed with an unnecessary trip to the store if they don’t carry what you need.I called in simple to ask about 3 products that I need for my daughter whom has a runny nose, so I needed some cold/flu products. They lady didn’t even look for the products only said “I don’t think we have it.” Didn’t even look. I didn’t ask what she “thought” I wanted her to look and be sure.This kind of service is unacceptable and ridiculous considering we live in a time now that you have to stay home for every sniffle and have others do errands for you. I’m trying to do my part to stay home with my daughter and have someone else pick up things for me, but they don’t have the time to look through the store on they’re lunch break, so wanted to put the items on hold for them to grab for me.This atrocious display of costumer service is why people cannot stay home always if people who are paid to do their job as a customer service representative don’t even do their freaking job and help the costumer. It’s your freaking job! Don’t like it, then don’t work in customer service!!

I'm struggling trying to get my health care card Because something is messed up with my health care I'm not on meds I have been smoking weed2help me with my stress n anxiety, pretty bad weed is easier 2get than meds.A lil girl u have working at the counter in 100 mile house came up 2 the counter with stoner eyes, I'm not sure what the lil girl was trying2say with her stoner face but I gave her a dirty look n she straightened out her face. THE REALITY of it is she is lucky i smoked a joint2come deal  with public &with lil girls like her, how roud I'm a costumer n she has totally insulted me.I was drugged raped n beaten n not on meds shes very lucky I didnt snap on her.I deal with that store cuz I live behind it n dont have a car but from now on I will walk the few extra blocks than deal with that lil girl again. You should really be more careful who you hire. it's only my opinion but you should definitely have older people, more mature people, more considerate people, & most definitely some1 that actually has EMPATHY.U have lost a customer I will not be going in2 that drugstore again n I definitely wont be buy anything in your store  again. N I will definitely be sharing my experience with all my friends and family. N the 1000some people I have on FacebookThank you so very much.
