The best service I have ever had. They got my car in quick and repaired it immediately. I was so impressed by everyone. Will definitely take my car back to them always.

Absolutely awful. I had a dodge journey sent there, and they spent nearly 2 months trying to get a tow truck to get it in the shop. After no progress has been made, mpi had paid for it to be shipped elsewhere. Then they lose my key and swear they dont have it. Up until I show up and ask for it, they miraculously find it within 5 minutes. Never send your vehicle here

Communication and follow-ups are extremely poor and no one returns your voicemails. I made an appointment for an assessment repair on side mirror and trunk. It was towards the end of April, I brought my car in. They said they would get in touch with me and order parts.After waiting 2.5 weeks of no call back, I called and it was if they had no idea of the initial visit and no parts weee ordered. I had to book another appointment for an assessment repair for the following week.We are in the 3rd week of May, brought my car in and I left my car with them to repair. It was there for over a week and no parts ordered, nor repair work performed.During the time it was there and throughout this experience, it is difficult to reach someone on the phone and voicemails are never returned.I finally collected my car and was booked an appt again to return the next week, in which the parts will arrive. Working across the other side of the city, I take my lunch break to bring my car in for repair. The parts are not in.We are in the middle of June. Two days later, parts arrived and I want to take my car in that day, and it so happens, TD Bank has a nationwide system outage and I have a flight that evening. I book an appt towards the end of June.I’m back from my trip, again, I take my lunch break and drive across the city to bring it in for repair. About 90 mins in, side mirror is fixed but they have the wrong part for the trunk.I get to take car home that day but still to this day, i have not received a follow-up call about the trunk repair. It is now July. Throughout this ordeal, I have showed politeness but inside I'm upset of how much of my total time was wasted.Because of their awful communication, service, I had to cancel a match game, missed a bicycle tune-up appt. This has been a terrible experience.

This place is not good at return phone calls. I left 4 messages regarding my direct claim, to get updates on how things are coming along. This was back on Feb 8 when I had the estimate done. They finally returned my 4th message after 1 week of leaving the message. They said my parts were in and scheduled me to bring my car, now May 31. Showed up at 8am, which is what time they open, and the time that I told them I would be there. No one showed up until 8:18am. Called a couple times because they said it should only be a couple of days, messages left, no calls returned. Finally got a hold of someone on 5th day, said they were missing a part, but yet they didn't notify me of the delay. 9 days later, called to see status of repair, they said the car was done. So if I didn't call, they wouldn't have told me it was done? Always blamed that people were away either sick or on vacation.

Called them on a Monday about a smashed Driver side window. They had me come down, cleaned up all the glass and properly sealed the window with plastic. They did the autopac claim for me.Had an appointment for 8:00am the next day! They are fast and efficient! The ladies in the front are awesome. Excellent customer service!

These people are amazing great customer service. They fixed my jeep perfectly and I will not go anywhere else for my vehicle needs. This place is better then all the rest!! Let j these guys take care of your vehicles needs, your vehicle is in great hands.

The quality of work is top notch but the customer service could be better. I spoke with management and they made me feel much better of the process and have said they will address the issues I have had. I would recommend but make sure you have better communication with them at all times during your use.

they’ve had my car since JANUARY and are still “waiting for parts.” they called us 2 months ago telling us it’ll be ready in 2 weeks. then after 3 weeks they called us again letting us know they’re waiting for more parts to come in. it is now MAY and they still haven’t told us when it will be done.

I’ve brought my vehicle in twice for insurance claims. Both times they’ve had a “part on order” that has never come in. The most recent repair was now around 2 years ago. They replaced my windshield washer fluid tank, but not the sensor or the cap. I’ve phoned their two managers multiple times and have been told I’d receive a call back as many times about this repair, and no one has ever called me back.They’ve made no effort to finish my repair, and it’s seems that now that that so much time has passed there is no incentive for them to carry through on this. Very disappointed with the service and lack of communication.Would not recommend.

Love these guys.Excellent work, done in a timely manner and super friendly.Great job and I would highly recommend them.
