I went Scotiabank to change the plan of my accounts. I met with Rajvir, and discussed whole matter about my bank accounts, she solved and gave me best advice to keep your account active even if you are travelling to India and coming back after half year or an year. I was so happy, with bank employee.My Truly Blessings to Rajvir Kaur !

I visited 4 time for my current account problem no one was able to solve it. But thanks to CHAHAT. she did amazing job. must recommend. i wish if i could give 10 stars. she know her job well.

We came at around 3:35-3:40 and the lines were quite long. Wasn’t until around 3:58 that we got to the teller. Just wanted my mom to be added to my account but the teller asked us to come back which would’ve been very difficult (due to our schedules). The manager however stepped in and accommodated so that we were out and done before 4:20! Thanks so much! Happy Mother’s Day!!

Isha & navneet are good customer representative they know how to deal with any kind of situation & issue if you have any query come to this branch specially students they will solve your problems thanxx for the service I will recommend to come here for your banking needs don’t go on old reviews staff is new & well mannered

Please don’t come to this branch even the lady manager doesn’t act like a professional, she acts like a newbie, no professionalism and manners at all. Just went there to get a replacement card but they refused to provide it by saying they need the Indian passport that’s on the file, while I don’t even have that anymore. Refused to accept Canadian ID’s. I hope Scotia bank checks their level of attitude towards their customers and provide them proper training before promoting them.

My overall experience was great. I was guided well and am satisfied with the service I was provided at the branch by Muskaan.

I really had bad experience regarding money deposit from Atm. ray lawson branchIn Saturday while I deposit $ 685. I just get 65 dollor back rest of money I didn’t get back. As soon as happen I call security who is in door. She tell me to stay in line to speak staff. Which I did & I speak with manager also. They told me. They don’t control atm. I have to wait until Monday. In Monday I went there but the manager tell me technician for atm is not there yet. Will be there by afternoon. The manager said he will call me as soon they are there. But it noon still no call from bank. It very bad experience doing auto deposit viaAtm. I don’t recommend anyone to do auto deposit in atm in Scotia Bank. I fell like I will lose my money. There is camera around I take out & count money I mentioned this thing to manager also. Very very bad experience- I strongly recommend not to deposit money vis atm in Scotia bank.

This is the worst Scotiabank branch in Ontario. ATM machines are always temporarily out of service"

This is by far the WORST branch ever and I live in Brampton(so that says a lot). The staff are incredibly rude and are not willing to help in anyway shape or form. When asked for a reason as to why anything can’t be done, I’m given an automated response.They don’t know what they are doing half the time and give the world of attitude when you correct them. For such a large company like Scotiabank they don’t seem to care who represents them on a day to day basis
