I love this place so much!! Such a gem. They always have great availability and super friendly customer service. They took care of my kitty very well, answered all of my questions about vaccines, and always follow up after an appointment to make sure the kitty is okay. I will be a life-long customer for sure! If you are looking for a business that always goes the extra mile for their customers, then this is your place.

If Dr. Kewish was continuing to own this business, I would be giving a 5 star review. She is an incredible veterinarian and will be very missed. I’ve been taking my cat here for 14 years. She was able to catch his kidney disease early and I’m so grateful we have been able to keep him healthy for several years!My cat wasn’t very comfortable with the new owner. He was growling when we were talking. He helped with my cats subcutaneous fluids and felt a bit cold towards my cat. I’ll be in search for a female vet.I’ll miss Dr.Kewish and Doug. Always friendly and treated my pets with the utmost care.

I was super impressed with this place! I took my sweet dog here with a puffy eye and they knew right away it was a tooth abscess and got her on meds and into surgery within a few days (usually good to have the antibiotics for a few days first).They even let me fly by" the next day to have a quick look when I was worried about the swelling and when they saw her

DO NOT ENTER!I have been a long term client of this clinic but after my recent visit to this dying establishment I will take my business elsewhere. During my visit I was greeted by the owner who immediately began going off on how the Woke are forcing him into early retirement as it has become difficult to keep staff that will tolerate his don’t ask questions philosophy. Just as he was about to dive into how un-racist he is I was called into the examination room. There I was greeted by his wife, the only remaining staff member of this clinic. This clinic has had trouble keeping good vets onboard and I can clearly see why. I am looking forward to there business closing.

This place is amazing. They truly care about your animals. They treat them like their own. The compassion and love they have for our family blew me away. I will never go anywhere else. Phantom and Loki are lucky to have them apart of their lives, as are we. Thank you for always going above and beyond.

We are so pleased with our recent visit to Ellerslie Pet Hospital and would absolutely recommend it. Our senior pug got hurt this evening and we were desperate to get her looked at. Dr. Hanna (owner and vet) squeezed us in, even though it was just before closing time. The facility and staff were excellent, and their willingness to help us and our girl is so appreciated.

Have been with this clinic for years. Staff are friendly. Always feel that my dogs Tom and Jerry are well taken care of. Jerry was admitted to emergency last year and the emergency overcharged us on the admission fee (as we were instructed to return the next day for blood test) . Dr. Kewish went out of her way to call the emergency for us to omit the second time admission fee. The clinic always follow up on the tests results and explain thoroughly. They always give us options , I never feel pushed on my decisions.The clinic is experiencing shortage of staff but the care I am receiving is the same. During Tom's recent visit , Dr. Kewish was attentive , always put dog's care first . I am glad my two seniors dogs are with them.

Have been taking my dogs here for the last few years and they've always been extremely courteous and knowledgeable on all my annoying questions. Thoroughly explain everything and have always stayed within the quoted invoice for any work. Even though I've taken one of my dogs there twice a year for teeth cleaning they still ensure I understand everything he'll go through. Thanks team!
