Really great experience at the HGregoire at Carignan. The staff was extremely helpful, patient with all mine and my wife’s questions and gave us all the required information right away. Special shout-out to our sales person, Thomas Couillard and our finance person, Krikor Chahinian for being the best.

Very positive experience with our recent purchase.

Went to this location with my wife and purchased a vehicle with a trade in. Our representative was Thomas who was very courteous and professional throughout the process. We dealt with 3 other employees along the way and all were equally friendly and professional. The whole experience is very comfortable, no annoying high pressure sales people working here. All in all a very pleasant buying experience .

The worst customer service.I went in to this location for a vehicle trade that would be reliable- they gave me a lemon. the vehicle chosen is only a 2022.The small issue I had? Was that the A/C doesn’t work, and neither did the car starter (which the sales rep (Victor) had said everything would be in perfect working condition by the time I come to pick up the car.I Attempted to contact them about the issue- they refused to contact back, only AFTER the 7 days of having the vehicle will they answer to tell you there’s nothing they can do. Given I had taken the car off the lot a 1 day before saint jean baptist weekend- It became quite complicated seeing as 4 of those 7 days of being able to cancel your purchase (contract) there is no one “available” to help you. Day 6 of having the car- the check engine light is on…I’m being told it is just a manufacturing issue and to take it to any manufacturer dealer to have the problem fixed. The only availability is 2 weeks out. I use my car for work (as I am a nurse who works on the road). They gave me a car with no working air conditioning in the middle of summer.. I got rid of my old vehicle that had problems, to leave with another problem ?! AND they send me on a goose chase to be able to fix it?! Grace- the worst lady to deal with.So I now have to take off some time from working to deal with this issue. I went with H Grégoire because I thought they were a reputable company.. I thought that they were reputable because my (ex)fiancé was an assistant director of sales (Vaudreuil) for a few years and learned about their car selling business from him- to the point where my whole family purchased vehicles from them (that was 7 sales total) It really is a shame that it’s the employees that make your experience with the company, Extremely disappointing and dissatisfied. H Grégoire- you’re great. This location? Boycotted.

Evaluation was free and quick but they don't offer much. I sold my car for 4x more what they offered me.

TLDR: they’re scammers like I’ve never seen before (V.F. C’est des anarqueurs).Was shopping for a Jetta, they had a 2017 one with 140k KM, 14 000$ non negotiable with about 1-2k worth of damage found by my mechanic, told them to either drop the price down or fix everything, they didn’t want to do neither, and the car was owned by a smoker. :) Also had a used 2007 civic in rough condition and wanted to trade in and they offered a laughable 300$. In the end, I found a 2015 jetta for 9k, better condition even, on kijiji. Sold my civic in barely a week for 2.5k.. on kijiji too. Never had I seen a dealership try to rip me off so badly.

Horrible service . No one knew the car had an exhaust problem . Worst part I couldn’t even test drive the JEEP. It didn’t start. The staff there couldn’t care less. They told me to buy the car as is.

I marked 5 stars since I first met the dealer. Good service, ostensibly. They showed me an no accident car then I believed it was. But actually when I went to another garage to do a double inspection, I found it was not. They assumed they examine the car even there are obvious damages on the front face and beneath, not to speak of electronic components. The most hilarious thing is that I found out the EPS problem by the ad they post online by themselves. An advice for guys who buy second handed cars: Do GOOD inspection by yourself or a TRUSTED person. At last, I will show their famous way to repair chassis plastic part by cable ties in picture. Dont waste your time if you want to sell your car for a fair price. They asked you to bring your car in for an estimation but the quote received is quite a lot lower than the market price. Sell it yourself you will get at least 10 to 20% more than what they offer you. I gave one more star just because the staff I met was nice that all....
