Like many I found these pillows because they were used at a hotel I stayed at and I thought they were great. However, not the case with my own. I have the microfibre ones. The firm" one lost any firmness within a month. Both the firm and medium don't keep their shape or fill. Very disappointed."

Terrible experience with expensive down pillows purchased from this company. I contacted them regarding the feathers coming out of the shell and they said to purchase 400 thread count pillow.cases and that they could not do anything for me. Terrible customer service

They have no recommendation to wash their products. When asked about how to wash their products they said we don’t recommend and hung up on me.

I recently stayed at hotel and had the best sleep of my life thanks to Northern Feather pillows. They made my literal dreams come true! I reached out to the company to get the pillow information so I could order for home. The service was fantastic!HIGHLY recommend Northern Feather for their quality product and top notch service.

Ordered pillows after staying at the Travelway where they supply, so amazing even had a personal call to make sure I would be home to receive them! Best pillows ever! Even others at the hotel said if it wasn’t for the beds and pillows they would of stayed elswhere!

If I could give zero stars I would. Purchased a better quality pillow than the ones used at Fairmont hotels after speaking with customer service about types quality etc. many questions were related and answered. Received it almost 2 weeks later, slept 2 nights on it and found it dipped in the middle. Expressed my concern to them and was told to send it back for inspection, if nothing was found in inspection it would cost me postage to be send back to me. Three weeks later finally received a “nothing is wrong with it” here are some recommendations that you can try to get the most of your pillow. Perhaps these recommendations could have been told to me prior to sending it back at my cost of $30 and now having them hold it hostage until I pay them an additional 23$ to send it back to me. My pillow once received will now sit on my spare bed. This experience has cost me 70$ in shipping for an 80$ pillow! DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY! Buyer beware!!! Worst company I have ever dealt with!

FINAL UPDATE: Northern Feather came through with my original order. Sarah at Northern Feather was great. The product is amazing, and it seems my order and follow-up requests for help just fell through a crack in the system. I appreciate the resolution of the problem.UPDATE: the day after I posted the review below, I received a call from someone more senior in the organization than the person who had failed to respond to my vm or email. They're working on fast-tracking the correct pillows to me now. As soon as that happens, I'll revise this entire review to reflect their responsiveness and (I'm confident) the quality of their product.ORIGINAL:Ordered two king-sized Siberian Moscovy Down Pillow, and two king-sized pillow covers. Total cost was $794.90. Four weeks later, they shipped me two of their cheapest pillows, worth about $50 in total. That's it. I emailed right away. A few days later, I received an email saying they'd look into it. It's been three weeks, and they've never reached out again, have not responded to two voicemails, nor to a follow-up email. Feels like a con.

I purchased two pillows about seven years ago after a hotel stay. For comfort, they are incredible, but pillow covering quality is zero. I have three pillow protectors under the pillow case to contain the feathers. Shame the pillows sold to consumers is of lesser quality than to hotels, otherwise I would rate at five stars and purchase again. Browsing for replacements I came across Google reviews and wanted to share my experience.Edit: upgraded to three stars for the comfort level. I just purchased a goose down pillow from another company (which usually comes up first when googling pillows). Although there are no feathers coming out, the casing sounds like you’re crumpling paper when you move. The Northern Feather pillow excels in comfort.
