We wish we could give this company less than the 1 star. We hired MMP to provide a land survey and waited triple the amount of time originally stated for the service; they had to attend our property multiple times to get it right. The communication is exceptionally poor & the customer service abysmal. We had to chase down project updates. The severe delay in the provision of the survey caused an over 2 month delay in our project without any apology or regard from this team. Take your business elsewhere.

Be prepared for it to take them 6+ months to conduct a property survey. Also they sent us a blank CAD file at the end of the wait.

We hired MMP to do a survey and site plan for our property. The work was completed to satisfaction but unfortunately it was done in almost double to amount of time we where told. Be sure to check in regularly to ensure that your work is being completed in a reasonable amount of time.
