As the other reviews have stated, the service is terribly slow here. I don't believe it's a lack of staff as usually they're at least 2 people sitting around on their computers. Regardless of these people being managers or not, every TD branch I've been into, the managers will always step up to the plate if it's busy. I truly believe this location needs a shift in management.

Notice on the door says 10 people are allowed. They are only letting 3 inside the bank and 4 people were standing outside.

I really enjoy banking at this location. All the tellers know me and greet me by first name as soon as I walk in...my longest wait was maybe 5 minutes!!! They got a great team working there. They know what they are doing and they give great advice....thanks everyone, I really appreciate all your help, have a good one!!!!

I have been coming to this branch for business banking for about seven years.The service from Cyrus, Vincent, and the rest of the team is excellent.They have always been very fair and professional to deal with, and Cyrus' recommendations and help have saved the day for us on more than one occasion.I even get to practice my French with Vlad, their multilingual security guard.Thank you to all of you for your efforts and your patience in dealing with some of your less-fortunate clients who reside in the neighbourhood. It is always lovely to see all people treated with the same level of respect.

The worst TD branch from all in Greater Vancouver area, BC and country.Refusing to do any of their job and tasks regarding my account.All the time telling to call online department. Online department is telling it's possible only to do in person in the branch.3 times in person and 5 calls to different departments and nothinf moving.I hate TD already.Lazy, not responsible, horrible bank..

This has to be the most useless location to ever exist. Not a day goes by where it’s actually open!! In Gastown 5 days a week can’t get into this location even one time in the week. Today I went hours strictly state open till 6pm.. they’re open but locked the doors at 5pm for no entry? Ok no problem if the hours are posted however why are you closed if those are your hours? It’s a Thursday - why not just shut down this location all together. False advertising & never open. Ridiculous waste of time EVERY SINGLE TIME.

I love the workers of this bank. All of the staff are pleasant and helpful. They always manage to be calm and courteous, despite having to work in a difficult location, with some very difficult clientele. They probably aren't being paid enough. AWESOME TEAM!

This place is pain. 15-20 minute wait any time of the day. Six tills, but only 2 employees on, and no-one else there/willing to jump in and help. You also have the security guard blocking you and giving you the third degree about what your business there is before they actually let you in, or trying to redirect people to the outside ATM (which often doesn't work as people jam stuff in the slots, and TD never fixes it) This is possibly the worst branch in the city, it's the worst I have been to for sure.

Friendly and customer orientated folks here. I had an issue with my debit card, had a similar issue recently. But this time Cyrus and his team were quick to help me out of this issue.ill always recommend TD for their customer support

WORST TD BRANCH EVER! Every time I go in, it’s a 30-40 minute wait. They ONLY have two tellers open, EVER. Yet there are 6 teller stations? Why don’t they hire more people or open up more stations at peak times?!! I’m ready to switch banks. It is horrendous. I thought TD was great??? I’ve never seen such a bad set up. This TD Branch needs to change something – quick. Losing a lot of customers with $$, we don’t have time to wait 40 minutes in a day just to visit a TD Branch. This bank is a complete disrespect for people’s time.
