great quality leather but for a $350 dollar pair of shoes I expect way better comfort! I quit buying Fleuvog heels as they are my least comfortable heels.

Whenever I go I am always acknowledged. They are very patient when it comes to helping me find a shoe that is comfortable.the staff are always friendly and helpful. Even boxing day when I called with questions.

Any Fluevog store is delightful, and today's visit to the Distillery Store provided more evidence for that claim. Of note, Onoman provided such attentive and kind service!

Beautiful and unique shoes, and the quality is reflected in the price tag. The staff is very attentive and knowledgeable. Worth a pilgrimage.

You can really tell a lot about a store and their staff when you have a return to do. The attitude of Nuet and the store manager Chy was absolutely terrible and unwelcoming. The comments and demeanour of the 2 staff members made it abundantly clear that they were not happy with the return! When I was told by Chy that a transaction could not be found and I said it was purchased here

Doesn't get any better than this. Phenomenal experience today during our first time to the store ever. Product is fun, colorful, and of exceptional quality. Selection is wide and price is reasonable given what is available. However, THE highlight of our trip there was my sales associate, Onome. I hope I've spelled that properly. We both had a strong sports background so bonded instantly. Not only was he helpful and respectful, he was also charming and deeply respectful. I had no intention of buying anything there until I met him. Brilliant guy, brilliant experience!

A+++ for customer serviceI bought some boots on sale while in lockdown, so I was unable to try the boots on before making my purchase. They ended up being smaller than I expected and the store staff made the exchange process incredibly fast and painless.The boots themselves are also both gorgeous and incredibly well made. This is my first experience of buying from Fluevog, but it definitely will not be my last.

NOT IMPRESSEDBought these shoes valued at $400. First time I wore them, the back of the shoe ripped.Sent them in for repair under warranty. They were fixed so poorly that before they sent them back, Chy Spain, the assistant manager called me to discuss the job.He eventually sent me a picture, see the attached. In my opinion, this was a brutal repair job.Chy said he can offer a full refund or 50% off my next purchase. I asked what happens if this rips again. He said the warranty is now expired and no further repairs would be offered. Not feeling confident at all that this hack job would last, I opted for the refund.I was ok with the situation but my big turn off was dealing with Chy Spain. He does not have any customer service or phone skills. Not sure what he is doing in retail.First time we spoke he mentioned the store was busy, did not have time to have a lengthy conversation which was cool and asked if he could call me back. I said sure and all I hear was click. No good bye, no thanks. Nothing, just CLICK the second I said ok to a call back.Next time I spoke with him he would never let me finish asking my question. Rudely interrupted and then at one point I finally had to say – if you let me finish my question to him. He was very rude and sounded quite cocky. Not sure why.The entire experience coupled of having to deal with Chy was a real turn off.I’m not sure if I will buy from John Fluevog again but I am sure I will never walk into the distillery location again.Signed – one frustrated ex-customer.
