Terrible service!!I called to order a $500 pump, I gave her the make and model number and had my credit card ready to go and she had no interest in helping me. She told me to call another wolseley. She couldnt wait to get off the phone. Emco was more than willing to take my money.

Bad customer service on phone!They would blatantly say we don’t have a product if they don’t understand what it is. Many times I had to go on site to find the same cartridge.

Just recently called this location. As soon as the call was answered they put me on hold. Waited on hold for approximately 5min. Then lady was talking loudly or her volume was turned to high. They had no plumber at location to answer a technical question. Lady was very rushed as to her tone of speech. The engaging of caring or assistance level was at an all time low. Would suggest using or calling another outfit or company.

Super happy with the service and outcome from a recent problem with a Geberit fixture. As a non plumber myself, Richard was very patient with me on a busy morning. Trying to help me resolve my problem.After a second trip to try and figure it out, Richard suggested to try Dan from DME. When we finally figured out the correct part to resolve the issue it was special ordered in and i was promptly notified of its arrival. Installed the new part and problem gone!!! Thank you all for your help and patience. I think, I saved at least 300 to 400 bucks with your help !!! :)

I like the convenience of this location as most of my contracts are in the Beltline. Keep in mind this business is geared towards professionals, with commercial accounts. So, don't expect the hard-working staff to waste time answering questions for novices when they're busily trying to help the pros check-out and get back to the job site. Thats what the big box stores are for.
