Brought them my 2019 Volvo S60. They were very good on the estimate and explained what was to be done. They then organized the rental car and had them pick me up at the shop. There was an issue with the rental company and Anita was very helpful and wanted to know if she could help resolve the issue. Upon pick up of my car it was DETAILED inside and out. It looked amazing and was spotless. Couldn’t believe it was handed so clean. The repairs were done professionally and complete.Would highly recommend this company for any high end cars. Tks

We live 3 hours away from Edmonton but we heard Doug's Place had a good rep, and they truly do! We had our bumper replaced on our 2020 Tesla Model 3 recently and they were incredibly kind, efficient and excellent to deal with. We ended up having to bring the car back in to check an issue with the pedestrian speaker, but they were so diligent and fixed it immediately, and compensated us generously for their error. Would absolutely recommend Doug's Place! Thanks for sending us on a lavish date night, team ;)

I haven’t even gotten my car repaired yet, but had to shout out the amazing front staff who made sure I understood all the logistics of getting my car repaired and the payments and insurance etc. etc. I already feel taken care of and that they genuinely care about their clients. Would recommend just based on their customer service alone!

We had hail damage on my 2022 BMW X5.We had the SUV in at Edmonton BMW for service work and asked salesman Jeffrey where to take it for repair?He highly recommended talking to Anita at Dougs Place.We were very happy with the end results.The car looked just like it did the day we drove it off the dealers lot. I drive a wheelchair accessible vehicle and after getting rear ended, the folks at Doug's Place were fantastic. They made the entire process of getting a quote and dealing with the insurance company easy. The work they did was excellent and because we don't have accessible rental vehicles in Edmonton they time everything as best as they could so I wouldn't be without a vehicle more than absolutely necessary. The service and communication was fantastic and I'd highly recommend to anyone.
