I went to this location for a repair and was told I needed a replacement of my windshield. The quote was $680! I found this to be excessive, I called a place I used 5 years ago in Mississauga, they quoted me under $300. I'll travel to save $300. It goes to show small towns have their rip off places. Look elsewhere if you want to save money. Afterwards Speedy glass customer service responded to my comments. The lady that spoke to me said their prices are higher because of the quality of their products and the lifetime warranty. I told her I don't agree. The place I am using to repair or replace my windshield said their products are the same quality and offer the same warranty for $300 less. I also told her you are saying what you have to say to defend your company". I also told her maybe if you had less commercials on TV you could lower your prices. I told her almost double the price is not justified by your excuses. Good luck to anyone finding an honest windshield repair company."

Jesse is very friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. Did an excellent job for us and in quick order. I would highly recommend them !!

Absolutely wonderful! They greeted me outside when I dropped off my car as the lady knew I was on a time crunch to get to work. She walked me through everything, no pressure or upselling. The cleaned my car as well which was super unexpected and made sure I was happy with everything. They made the whole experience super easy and made sure to keep me updated in a very timely manner. They quickly replaced our leaky windshield in just three hours from drop off. We were impressed with their professionalism and that they went the extra mile to address the rust left behind from a different company's faulty install. We'll definitely return to Speedy for our future automotive glass needs.

Went in with the tiniest scuff in my windshield and went in to get it repaired and they cracked my whole windshield. Now I have to replace the whole windshield. Would not recommend taking it here. Their windshield replacement quote was also the HIgHEST in the region!

Katarina, and the installation staff are amazing !! I was concerned about getting my windshield repaired in a timely manner and they were able to accommodate me the next morning! Affable, knowledgeable and efficient. Can’t say enough positive things about them and there work!

Friendly and helpful staff! Their prices were about on par with other shops and they made it easy. Dropped my car off in the morning and my windshield was replaced and ready only a few hours later. Would definitely recommend going in to them! Only “negative” which is mostly just a minor inconvenience was that the inside of my windshield was smeared from them wiping it down with a seemingly dirty cloth. I had only noticed this when I drove at night as it was a bit distracting but not a big deal.

I called to have a small chip in my windshield repaired. It was over a week to get booked in as I was told they were backed up. I asked the cost and time needed to do the repair. I was informed of the cost and that they would need about an hour to ensure that the crack was sufficiently set. When I arrived for my appointment, early at 115pm, I was informed that it was very hot out and the glass needed to cool to a certain temperature to complete the repair but it should still only be an hour. I told them I had further things scheduled for the day and needed the car back by 230pm. When I came back to the shop at 2 I was told sorry we can’t get the glass cold enough to fix it and did I want to reschedule? These people wasted two hours of my day including travel and gas. Plus they weren’t even willing to fit me in early the next day. They said another appointment was over a week out. If I had been informed that they were so behind because they couldn’t do the service due to heat I would have made arrangements to drop off the vehicle and return when the repair was done. Terrible customer service!
