Great place, great people. Always get my cat CBD oil here to help my senior kitty with arthritis. It’s not the cheapest but it’s a great pet specialty store, and they often have sales.

These guys know their stuff. We often come in with hard questions about food and diet for our Shepherd and they know exactly what the ingredients are in everything they carry and always have helpful suggestions. Out of all the pet supply stores we've been to, these guys are the most knowledgeable and friendly by far. For a small store, they sure have a great selection and carry a lot. And they're family run! #supportlocal #yegbusiness

I have been a customer of Bone & Biscuit in Sherwood Park for 15+ years. The selection of products good and they rewards programs they help facilitate are a bonus.I recently had an interaction with the owner where, in her effort to educate me, she ended trying to win an argument, laying judgement, and insulting me.My loyalty to this store is quite diminished.

The staff here are absolutely amazing. We adopted our rescue boy 3 months ago and we have gotten nothing but awesome advice from everyone who works here. They remember Koda, ask how his training is coming along, and give him tons of treats and love when we go in. Most importantly to me, they never pressure us to buy something we don't need. They are always legitimately looking out for our pet's best interests.

Always greeted enthusiastically with a smile. They are always willing to help me carry out the heavy bags of food. Healthy products for pets, wide selection of treats, toys and food. The pets even have their own bakery!Their product knowledge gives me confidence in making the best purchase for my dogs, and their warmth makes me feel like I’m a valued customer. 5/5

What a lovely store! The pet cookies are beautifully made and the atmosphere is inviting and full of things for your loved fur balls that are not seen in other store. Delightful experience.
